I ordered a large Veggie Lover pizza for pickup. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened the box, I found the pizza was overcooked, very thin, and flat. It seems this could have been noticed while packing, but it was still given to me in that condition. I was quite disappointed with both the food quality and the attention to detail.

I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, and I was extremely disappointed. First off, there was barely any cheese or sauce on the pizza, making it dry and tasteless. It felt like I was eating plain crust with a sprinkle of toppings. To make matters worse, the pizza wasn’t even cut properly. I had to wrestle with the slices to separate them, which was frustrating and messy. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I will not order again from this location.

As you can see from the picture, the chicken is not cooked. We called about the issue but they didn’t seem to care to much. They did offer to give us our money back on just the chicken, after talking for way to long about the situation but guess what…we never got our money back. I think we should have gotten our money back on the whole BIG DINNER BOX. The reason why, because round trip it takes me 30 to 40 minutes to pick it up. So hungry only to find out one part of the order was not cooked. I get things happen but not to do anything about selling to your customers uncooked chicken is inexcusable. The service and the orders have been hit and miss but mostly on the miss. I love Pizza Hut pizza but I know I’ll won’t be be going back to that location.

The last time that I ordered delivery from here. It took over 2 hours for our pizza to get to us. I tried calling the store several times but no one ever answered the phone. I finally called the eight hundred number and got a hold of someone. I told her that I didn’t need the pizza as it was late and I needed to fix my children something to eat. I ended up cooking my kids some scrambled eggs and shortly after, the delivery driver showed up with the pizza. It was burnt, cold, over 2 hours late and the lady that I had spoke to over the phone had already given me my money back. The driver was very apologetic. Even still…. Never again. Go to Zoners across the street!!!! I had another experience at 1 point where one of their drivers was on the road and cut me off was driving in a very erattic manner. When I called to report it, the staff member that answered the phone treated me like I was the one that was doing something wrong.

Went 3/13/25 don’t know who they have in the kitchen now but everything was fixed correctly. Sauce in the pasta it wasn’t dried out like my last visit. Bread sticks weren’t burnt either. Everything was good

Very rude employees. I ordered my pizza at 6:11 pm on 11-13-2020, and at 930 pm I still had not received my pizza. When I called the woman was very rude and told me to shut up. At this point I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on. I called back and held the line for 15 minutes when the same rude woman answered again. At this time she was very rude again, so I had my order canceled!! When offered store credit I refused the store credit and demanded it out back on my debit card. She said she needed to transfer me to a manager in order to do that and hung up on me again. I called back the third time and luckily some one else answered the phone. Finally after 4 hours my pizza order was canceled and my money put back on my card! There excuse? It’s Friday night. Well I will never use this pizza hut again. Pretty sorry service if you ask me. And no this is not the first time I have had a problem here. Won’t be using my credit from last time when they only brought half of my order! It isn’t worth the $10 credit.

I called in an order for 6 large pizzas. Mr Tim took the order. Thirty minutes later, after the pizzas had already been cooked and cut, I had to cancel my order. I called to cancel & again spoke to Mr Tim. He was so nice. He told me not to worry about it that he would just donate the pizza. I felt so bad about cancelling such a large order but he continued to tell me it was no problem. Awesome service. Awesome guy!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Charged an up charge on their special. Arrived to find a long line of dissatisfied customers who had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour. Utter chaos. I could not get to counter, so I called and cancelled my order to the dismay of my guests. Needs new management.
2nd chance worse than before. Changed price 3 times on advertised special. Opened pizza to find undercooked (cheese not melted and crust doughy).Avoid this business and get your pizza elsewhere.

Great service, the lady taking my order was polite and professional. The order was made promptly. The pizza was delicious, I especially enjoyed the crust. I also order the knots and they were pretty good. My husband loves their breadsticks, he says they are his favorite of all the pizza joints.
