Decided to treat myself and order on the app- they used the wrong bread, which was stale and extremely hard, it literally just crumbles apart when you try to bite into it. I paid for extra bacon on my blt and there’s barely any on there, there’s hardly any lettuce either. This was such a bummer. Be sure to check the quality before you leave the restaurant if you are picking up.

This place is not as great as other subways I have went to. The food was sloppy and falling apart and not fresh at all. The people were alittle rude and really didn’t know how to close a sandwich.

A quick stop off I-84E at Wendell. Super nice staff that takes sandwich building serious. Taking expectations into consideration, this Subway in the middle of know where scores 5 ☆. Located just off the Interstate, worth a stop.

Newly remodeled building. Looks great. Staff is friendly and courteous. No matter how cool your huge logo looks on the wall it still can’t make up for that weird bread and low quality meats and cheeses.

Tonight the two employees closing were rude. I was with my husband and sleeping baby. The gal that acted like she was in charge started putting vegetables and sauces away really loudly. They both had attitudes and were not friendly. I understand we came in ten minutes before they closed but we were not sitting down to eat. By the time we were out it was 10:02. I didn’t take long to serve us and with the prices of the subs nowadays the least one can expect is people to be pleasant when spending money. I will be calling in the morning to report to management and inform them that they turned the lights off well before we pulled into the lot and locked the door behind us to not serve any more people. Not what I would want from my employees.

Ordered online for pickup from my favorites. Usually love subway but the Wendall location has gone wrong 3 times in a row now. Twin is much better! It is a 30 min drive so sent my husband for pickup. Both sandwiches were Italian Herb and Cheese Bread. Both arrived as flatbread. Paid extra for fresh mozzarella. No mozzarella.
I actually didn’t even know about the mozzarella because I had not opened the sandwich when I called them about it being flatbread. Had to call 3 times before someone picked up. Then that guy said, “I didn’t make your sandwich hold on.” A girl comes on and says, yeah I see the bread now. I can remake them. So I send another person to pick up (another 30 min drive) and I get a call back from the girl stating they are out of Mozzarella. I say, you can take it off the other sandwich coming back She replies, “that sandwich doesn’t have mozzarella, we have been out all day”. Okay….. Did you credit for the extra charge? She says she can have the manager call me tomorrow. The staff clearly needs more training at this location. Will be avoiding in the future.

I came here every day for lunch when I am in the town. Clean, fresh and well organised selections. The always big smiling face from the owner is very much appreciated.
