Don’t be fooled by delivery time estimates. Took over an hour to get a pizza to a home that was <5min away. I could have driven to the store, bought the ingredients, made the pizza at home and still delivered it back to Domino’s in the time it took to arrive. You can drive around the entirety of Steamboat in the time it took to get to us and the staff at the store said the driver only had two orders. Food was cold too. And before you chirp at me about why I didn’t just do it myself, I choose delivery when I can so I can give the drivers tips because it supports someone’s income.

Our Dominos order was very disappointing. The pizza wasn’t great also, was cold. The worst thing was the salad. The lettuce was extremely brown & slime. I spoke to the manager, who immediately sent out a new salad. This would have been great except the lettuce is more brown & slimy than the first salad. We won’t be ordering Dominos again.

Good example why we should stop tipping just because. One pizza sat there open colling off while the employee just stood there and gazed with a blank look for good 3 minutes. The other pizza box was tossed so violently that the slices piled on top of each other. At over $20 per hour that have resilted in increased prices for athe customers automatic tipping habit should be completely eradicated from the American culture. Tip only when deserved. This place was the last straw for my automatic tips despite the fact that tge tip was kot earned.

Worst domino’s experience ever. I was notified via text that my pizza was delivered. I contacted the store directly only to be hung up on 7 times. I finally got a representative on the phone, to be told my pizza was delivered and they hung up again. After an hour and a half my pizza finally arrived, cold and uncut!!! I travel several times a year to steamboat springs and will NEVER order domino’s again in this area.

Stopped in to order some food for the kids since they didn’t want Hypnotic Chicken right next door (which I wanted to try out). We ordered a medium cheese pizza and cheesey bread. We typically have not ordered Dominos in the past since it was typically not that great. However, not sure if they changed their recipe or it’s just very different when it’s super fresh, but the pizza and bread were both super good. The kids ate everything except for two slices of the cheesey bread. We will have to give Dominos another shot in the future.

As a big dominos fan, don’t order from here. It’ll take an insane time but you won’t have transparency about when it arrives. Tried calling multiple times only to have
it hang up; one time when to a call center that clearly only had updates from the same tracker I had. Delivery tracker went from 3 minutes to over 20 and got progressively longer the more we waited. It’s been an hour and a half with no delivery. Just save yourself time and don’t order from here

Local here, getting anything delivered to you year round in a tourist town is tough. During the winter season, there are more drivers but I’m not necessarily saying food will be better. I’ve only had this store deliver to me twice for multiple, multiple years. They were on time and everything was as it should be. I will almost always pickup at the store, and mostly not have an issue. In my experience I’d say 75% of the time the food is good and correct. The other 25% an item was forgotten, or burnt, or not cooked the entire way. What’s wild is they have been improving! But when you compare this to other pizza places in town, it’s basically the cheapest option.

I literally ordered a pizza and brownies and a bottle of coke. The food was great, but the order took 2 HOURS!! We ordered it at 9:48 P.M. and it arrived at 11:17!! Not happy.
