First they did not listen to my order . Did not get the Chicken I ordered the dirt rice had so much grease it make just look bad like it was the leftovers ( see picture ) lt look like someone had already ate more than half of it . What you see in the picture was the way it look when I opened it . Scared to eat it . This is my second visit the first was good this one was not . I live to far away to go back . I hope they get better .

Menu was acting up, they were pouring drinks from 2liters it was very confusing being new establishment. I believe I ended up with spicy chicken sandwich and that’s why the food got 3 stars it hurt my hernia so bad. I was sick all night. The French fries were cold.
Hopefully they get everything together. Still my favorite place for sausage and biscuit.

Excellent service and food quality. I visited this location in person and was met with smiles and welcomes. I was very exausted and even received the wrong sandwich, it was corrected before I even realized what happened and brought to my table. Great staff and the best bojangles I have visited.

First visit to this location went swimmingly! Love the “breakfast all day” option. Was greeted immediately upon entry, order taken and served quickly and correctly… AND PLEASANTLY! Manager even check on me and took my tray.

I eat bojangles a lot, all over the place. I won’t be back to this one. Supremes very overcooked, and when I asked for “just a little” more fry seasoning, the guy tried to fill the bag up, more salt than fries at that point.

We went the first day they were open! It was great service and the store was very clean! Me and my husband ate and got full for $22 which is amazing. They were super fast too! Giving 4 stars because the portion size of the chicken strips are small . But still we will go back !

The breakfast crew was inundated with customers. Service was still fast, and freshly served. The staff were extremely friendly. The sausage, and steak biscuits are great. Biscuits were buttery, and sausage had a good taste. The steak was tasty, and tender. Can’t wait to try the lunch menu.

I ordered the Tailgate special and mentioned that I really would like if they could give me some good size pieces which everyone laughed and joked about. Got the big bag and headed home.
This was just after 5 on a Friday night so the place was hopping and chicken was being cooked at a frantic pace. I got home and discovered the Mac n cheese I ordered wasn’t to the top of each bucket. I heard them yelling out to the kitchen that more Mac n cheese was needed stat. I assume I got the last of it. Then I got our usual great 4 big biscuits in a bag. I opened my box of chicken and discovered I received 12 biscuits instead.
Drove 20 minutes home and then 20 minutes back because no one answers the phone at these locations.
Drove all the way back and a line was in front of me, so I used the restroom and it had urine all over the floor in front of urinal.
Came out of restroom after finishing and was next in line.
Cashier’s recognized me from earlier and a different manager from when I came earlier came up and asked about the order, apologized, and that she would replace the chicken.
Then we argued a bit about the difference in Mac n cheese. At first the manager wasn’t going to give me any replacement, but once she could give me the chicken, she did give me one more cup of Mac and cheese and made it right.
The restroom was awful experience but everyone was busy and it was Friday night.
I was able to keep the 12 biscuits along with my four from meal which was nice because I do love their biscuits.
My consistent complaint has been not enough meat on these birds but plenty of breading. Having no dentures, I tear off the breading and eat the meat.
These chickens are on diets or killed early so they aren’t fully grown. I have had 4 experiences getting the Tailgate special and been disappointed in the chicken size fro 2 different locations because I was trying to see if it was just a thing at our new location to stretch food costs.
It’s a deal at $20 but it’s not much actual chicken. Publix has big pieces you expect but Bojangles has the flavor.
Not sure how to get the two in sync or Bojangles just get more meat on them bones.
This was a bit of a pain because the college playoff game was at 6:30 and I was out till 7:20 after returning to get chicken and pulling back in my driveway.

Placed an order online and went inside to pick up. We ordered the bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. Those were the best biscuits I’ve had at any Bojangles. They melted in my mouth. So whoever made them for orders between 3 and 3:30 did an excellent job!
