I stopped by Wawa the morning of 3/5/2025 ordered a “Ham croissant” with bacon that I paid extra for, the lady who was making the food was One, slow and two clearly not reading the orders correctly. I got to work and my sandwich was missing Ham. I attempted to call but no response. I will take the loss since I was not able to speak with a manager when I called but for a busy location and I understand possibly being short staffed but being slow and making incorrect order is unacceptable during peak hours.

Unfortunately, they ran out of scrambled eggs, but life happens and it’s no big deal.They gave me a little extra meat on the sandwich to make up for it.And they were very polite and apologetic.This is a very good wawa , and the cooking staff should all be given a high five. Oh and the food is absolutely delicious.

I attempted to do the survey, but unfortunately it didnt work. I would like to give Service Associate Dawn at the Minniville road store in Woodbridge, VA 5 stars for going above and beyond to help me get air in my tires. She was truly my angel today. Each time I tried to get air in my tires were deflating and my tire was going flat. She was willing and able to help me get air in my tires, and I was able to get back on the highway and make it home. Thank you! Thank you Dawn!

Curbside order for ONE item was supposed to be ready at 720. At 749 I go inside and I’m told my order is with the cashier because they were “so busy” but meanwhile there was one person waiting for food. SMH. Find a better system or get rid of curbside orders or find a way to message through the app instead of wasting customers’ time!!

The food always disappoints now. They either forget items on delivery orders, mess up customized orders, and the new employees can’t make drinks right. It’s also very dirty nowadays. Been going to the Wawa for years but this year the food quality and customer service has declined drastically.
