ATROCIOUS. I witnessed (on multiple, separate occassions) pizzas being loaded onto a wheeled rack from the oven and left out at room temperature for upwards of twenty minutes. No box, no heat lamps, just pizzas out in the air chilling.
No leadership at this store. Long wait times. Pizzas have to be “remade” because no one knows what they’re doing at this store. Got the cops called on me for asking to speak to a manager and offering to help make pizza boxes to maybe speed things up.

I called this store because my Papa Johns account had been hacked and someone used my rewards to purchase a pizza. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the employee who answered the phone was talking back and forth with the manager about the situation as if I wasn’t even on the line. They referred to the person who hacked my account, but made no effort to actually address my concern or offer a solution.
To make matters worse, both the employee and the manager abruptly hung up on me without resolving anything. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I expected basic customer service and assistance with a security issue, but instead I was dismissed entirely. Management at any establishment should possess basic communication skills.
In case this ever happens to you, I called the Papa Johns headquarters and they addressed the issue by returning my awards and escalating the issue.

I haven’t ordered from Papa John’s in years, and after this experience at this location, I remember exactly why.

The pizza I received was not what I ordered. On top of that, the toppings/items I paid extra for were completely missing. So not only was my order wrong, but I was literally charged for things that never showed up on the pizza.
This wasn’t a minor mistake like one topping off or a slightly wrong cut. It looked like whoever made this order either didn’t read the ticket or just didn’t care. For the price I paid, this is ridiculous.
I gave Papa John’s another chance after years of staying away, and they blew it. Based on this experience, I will not be coming back, and I’m going to share this online so people can see exactly what I got versus what I ordered.
I’ll be posting photos on social media showing a side-by-side comparison of my actual order and the messed-up pizza I received so others can decide for themselves if this is acceptable.
If Papa John’s or this store cares at all about customers, they should be reviewing this order, fixing their process, and making sure people actually get what they pay for — because right now, they’re not.

Our experience is the same as so many others. Order a pizza, get there 15 minutes later and its not even made. We pay for the pizza, wait, and 10 minutes go by and they had forgotten to make the pizza despite 6 people being in the back “working”. Its amazing this place it still running with such poor service.

I had ordered online for delivery, and it said that the pizza had been delivered after about an hour. we never received that order. i called the store and the person on the other end was very accommodating and understanding, saying that this was “the second order that was stolen tonight” and that they would send another pizza. when the pizza arrived, nearly two hours after placing the order, this is what was in the box. it was supposed to be half pizza and green pepper, half pepperoni. somehow an olive made its way on the pizza. i will not be ordering food from here ever again.

Received my food and by the time I made it home I was soaked in butter. My garlic knots were literally swimming.
Ordered pepperoni, Canadian bacon and half sausage. They halved the pepperoni. Also the garlic butter cup was sideways and open in the box. Only save is it tastes good but you’d expect that from a chain recipe. I’d add pictures to demonstrate but that option doesn’t seem to be available anymore.

Worst experience I’ve had picking up pizza. They gave part of my order to someone else, tried to give me the pizza the guy returned, and didn’t have the rest of the order made. When l stood up for myself and refused to accept the bad treatment or returned food, they accused me of disrespecting them. I never raised my voice, and never used a curse word. I simply refused to take recycled food.

Don’t get me wrong, this papa johns used to be fine. But over the last few months it has gotten worse and worse, the employees refuse to help customers it seems, even when there’s 5+ people in the kitchen. One time I was waiting to be helped while literally 4 employees were all huddled up at the computer chatting with eachother. Today I was waiting to be helped for over 3 minutes, and a employee walked up the the cash register, I started talking to them and they proceeded to pick up the phone that was ringing for literally 10 seconds. Not even to mention the amount of times they’ve gotten a order wrong. Today I ordered a plain cheese pizza, the app told me it was ready, I go inside and proceed to be told it actually wasnt even made. The service here is unbelievably abysmal, everyone here acts like they dont want to be here. They treat their customers like crap and are bickering with eachother constantly. Like I said before, this place used to be a bit better, but it has been getting so much worse every passing week. Laziness, and just straight up being rude. Dont bother coming here unless you have lots of free time. I dont like writing negative reviews, but this all had to be said. Half the staff needs to be fired. Store is messy and desperately needs to be cleaned, it probably breaks several health code rules, the people need to be better trained on literally everything. The manager is ungodly rude and needs to find a different job if she’s going to treat and talk to the customers the way that she does. The employees seem to have a hard time in high pace environments but I blame management. Pizza was cold and had to be a reorder that I almost didnt get. The second one they made was okay but the driver still had a hard time finding my house. Id just go to dominoes on the other side of town for better prices and ingredients at this point lol
