Terrible. When I walked in, it wasn’t clear if the place was open because the lights were off. Eventually someone came from the back to take our order. We ordered the shrimp pad thai which was inedible. The flavor was bland, shrimp was overcooked and chewy, noodles were undercooked and chewy and it lacked any veggies other than thinly shaved cabbage on top. I threw it away it was so bad.

Third time here. The food is tasty and the portions are very generous. We got pad thai, yellow curry and fried rice. There were large shrimp in the pad thai and fried rice. Not a dine in place, get take out. We’re new to sb and glad we found it! We’ll be back

Maybe it was a one-off, but the curry did not have the right consistency at all. Seems like the coconut milk clumped up and/or they added it when it was separated….I’ve never had Panang Curry look or have texture like this. Flavor was otherwise ok and they used fresh Kefir limes leaves. Pass on this until I see other results.

Oh my…I hate to do this, but I really have to. I was in the mood for Thai and I drive by this place all the time. Sooo, I ordered 3 dishes to make sure I had a sampling of their offerings. Portion size was good, but every dish was mediocre and inconsistent. Weird flavors, not like traditional Thai. Once you walk in the front door, you’ll start to sense something is off. I’m sorry.

Ordered pad Thai and pad see ew via door dash. Service was very prompt and portions were extremely generous. But the food was really underwhelming, bland, and in some cases pretty awful. The pad Thai was decent, but lacked any typical depth of flavor. Coloring also seemed off—it was bright orange. I love pad see ew but this was honestly pretty terrible. For some reason, it was heavily seasoned with black pepper. My family and I couldn’t get through either dish. Really was hoping for a different experience and this just completely missed the mark.

I ordered online and was told my order would be ready for pickup at 3:35pm. I arrived at 3:35pm and the place was completely empty. Someone in back was watching TV and my food hadn’t even been started. I was hoping to grab my food and get out of there, but instead had to wait for them to actually prepare my food. I wasn’t feeling up for standing around and waiting today, which is why I ordered ahead. I hope the food is better than the service. This experience sucked and I will not be back.

Edit:
After trying the food here are my thoughts:

Pad Thai: worst I’ve ever had. Was completely flavorless. So much so that I had to go to the grocery store and find a packet of red curry simmer sauce (I know red curry isn’t the same as pad Thai, but it was the best thing I could find) for 8 additional dollars so that I didn’t have to completely waste the giant portion of food I brought home.

Tom Kha: not the best I’ve ever had, but not the worst either. Mushrooms were completely raw and seemed to be added as an afterthought. Flavor was decent and only needed some sriracha to add the heat I had originally ordered. I still added some of the red curry sauce to enhance the flavor.

Thai Iced Tea: was made from a powder- I slurped up a chunk in the PLASTIC straw I was provided.

Kudos for using paper packaging for soup and pad Thai containers, but I thought plastic straws were somewhat outlawed in Santa Barbara…like, even McDonalds has paper straws.

Over all: 2 stars is the best I can give. I had high hopes that the bummer reviews were just one-off bad experiences, but this place needs a LOT of help.

The food was horrible, and had a hair inside it. When I called back, the person answering the call started making excuses about how his chef is bald? He was absolutely not apologetic, he keeps telling me to come and get money but doesn’t show any respect or responsibility for their mistake.
I did not want to post a review as this brings their rating down, but due to the horrible customer service and extremely bad food I had to. I would not recommend anyone visiting this restaurant. I won’t be surprised if you get sick from this place.

The absolute worst curry I’ve had in my life. The Panang Curry I ordered was disgustingly curdled, not smooth like it is supposed to be. On top of that, my friend’s yellow curry was extremely bland. Please change your recipe, because at this rate, I wouldn’t even want to feed your curry to my cats.
