Hanabi it is one of the few EXCELLENT restaurants in the island.
Top notch food,service, wide Sake selection & Wine , atmosphere the greatest nearly no where comparable, no loudness easy going vibe and on top of OPEN KITCHEN, you can see both of the Chefs working synchronized to deliver the best pieces from their hands to your table.
ABSOLUTELY lovely, recommending not only to everyone who come across this review, you will never be disappointed you just going to make your evening experience even more special, but also in case out there there are eyes this place deserves a Micheline Mention as per its food quality and standard of restaurant!

Amazing sushi and everything. From service till last drop of wine. We had as a starter tuna- it was like god’s kiss.
What makes me surprised and even more happy that this place super oriented to Japanese specific drinks. Hero you can’t find Maltese wines but what they have it’s amazing options. Spirits also only Japanese so you can feel real authentic. People who working there doesn’t look exhausted – they look like they really enjoying and love their job.

Absolutely exquisite sushi, the people behind the counter are delightful and greeted us with smiles throughout the entire night, and the sushi was so delicious and filling that we ordered too many! Much bigger than other sushi places in Malta. They gave us a box to take them to go, so no issues at all.
Highly recommend, there is an extensive sake menu I’ve not tried but definitely will the next time I visit.

A pleasant dining experience, clean environment, good service attitude. The ingredients are fresh. I ordered spicy bowl, which I personally like very much. The sauce is rich. The pudding is also delicious. Recommended.

I have a big fun of their professionally work. All sushi is highly fresh, beautiful and amazing taste. No difference compared to eat sushi in Japan !!!
