The food hasn’t been hot even one time I’ve received food there in the last year since moving home. The workers are always rude, and the order is always wrong in some capacity. Most recently I placed the order before leaving my house through the app. I arrived somewhere around 5-8 minutes later, told them my name, and that I had an order for pickup. “Your order isn’t ready yet since you only placed it five minutes ago, but I guess you can pull around.” Do you tell people that who place an order at the speaker after they’re done ordering? I appreciate that remark, but my order shouldn’t be ready since you are supposed to start prepping it when I get there. Furthermore, me placing my order at the speaker versus five minutes before getting there when I placed it. Me doing that only gives you more time to prepare it (which you basically admitted to starting food before the customer arrives) so you shouldn’t be snarky with me about that.

Overall, trash service with rude workers and sub-par food that is never worth the price. They also get upset with you for using your mobile app to order ahead, so don’t try to accumulate points or get deals. Couldn’t tell you much about the “ambiance” inside besides how the workers look at you with a blank stare when you come inside for a sauce they forgot despite you paying for it (avocado ranch).

Needs new management.

Definitely the customer, ordering on the app doesn’t mean your food gets made soon as yall hit submit we got under 1:30 to make your food and get you from the window I won’t be surprised if they close or move taco bell somewhere else yall are too inconsiderate

Daughter order online from the kingstree Taco bell got there the food wasn’t ready then they say I had to wait 20 minutes it was more like 30 minutes then when the food came it was the food my daughter order had to waiting almost a hour had to be to work at 5 in the morning couldn’t wait. This is the worst restaurant I ever seen very unprofessional not friendly at all not only did I not get our food but she lost her money as well my family will never eat there again I will drive 13 miles to lake city Taco bell for now on

This not a fast food restaurant, it is a slow food restaurant. Took 3x normal time even when the restaurant was empty except our party of 7. Broken, unstable chairs. Do not dine in, since drive in has priority, you will have to wait a long time. Dine in orders were given in paper bags!!

Food was fresh and hot. Very pleased with the drive thru cashier. She was so sweet and quick. I didn’t see her name when I was there but the receipt says Talia. Fast food employees never get enough credit. Love to see someone take pride in their job!!

If I could give a zero I would. I come through here multiple times through the week. With changing taste buds you want something different specially when you are on the go. The story of getting jibbed at the drive through is CORRECT. They give you what they want to give you. Not what you order!! With no consideration of the money you spend in their restaurant time & time again. I return most times & have them explain the description of items. They tell give me details but fail to give me what I order. It’s as if they are out of product & substitute what they want. When you pay big money weekly I would appreciate to receive what I pay for. Service is awful! On most days music is blaring in the back that the staff has to talk over the music. & The customers up front hear all the gossip of today’s news… No excuses of repeatedly failing at getting a burrito right, or not making sure orders are correct. No wonder people look in their bags to make sure they get what is ordered. Next time I will unwrap every item in front of the staff to make sure I get what my money pays for. Not what they want to give me just because…

Dined in. Did the little tablet order bit. Food was fresh, accurate, and amazing.

Inside super clean, and bathroom was too.

Would eat here again. Best Taco Bell i’ve been to, and i’m fat.

Manager had nothing but attitude she approached the situation with complete and total attitude she had nothing else to her personality but attitude it’s not a very good Taco Bell to go to and I should not have wasted my time or money there was one bright side the manager from another store was there and was more than willing to help me but at this point after the manager that I spoke to attitude I didn’t want anything from Taco Bell . people that have zero customer service and all they have is attitude should not work in customer service especially after waiting almost 25 minutes for an order when there was no one in the store
