I’m honestly just fed up with Subway lately. Prices keep going up while the amount and quality of food keep going down. My sandwich today had literally four pieces of spinach on it, and when I politely asked for more, the employee acted irritated, like I was asking for something unreasonable.
The toasted sandwich came out over-toasted to the point where the bread was tough, not warm and crisp. The tomatoes were grainy, and both the tomatoes and cucumbers clearly had that “been in the fridge too long” texture where they start breaking down and losing freshness. You can tell when produce is past its prime, and this definitely was.
What’s frustrating is that the flavor profile itself hasn’t changed, it still tastes like the Subway from 20–30 years ago., but the quality of the ingredients has declined while the price has climbed. Paying around $9 (or more) for a skimpy sandwich with tired vegetables just doesn’t feel worth it anymore.
I used to enjoy coming here, but experiences like this make it hard to justify. At this point, bring back the $5 footlong, at least then the portion matched the price.

We were out traveling and came across this subway. The food was really good. There were 2 guys inside that were taking our orders,but they barely spoke English. We had to continue to repeat our orders. They didn’t have the cookie “box” available.

Normally service is great. I used the drive thru window, the 2 guys working seen upset I pulled up. They began screaming at the top of their lungs every time they walked away from the window. I think they were cursing me out but I don’t know what language they were using.

Every single table was dirty! I came in because I had coupons that came in the mail. With my BF and roommate we wanted to use the 3 footings for $17 and they refused to let us use that coupon and when I wanted to add bacon in addition they looked at me with the rudest remark and said “no ma’am” you can’t get bacon with a coupon. Which isn’t true because the coupon said extra meat is just an additional charge. But he wouldn’t do it. Anyways they suck and I almost don’t want to even eat my sandwich.

I order a 6″ turkey breat sub, no additives so ut should be menu orice of $7.99, right? Then i nade it a combo, ehich on their sign said $3 extra.
So rounding, $8 +$3 = $11.98 w tax. So i went to my car to get my wallet aince i didnt have cards on me (this is key), abd handwd rhe guy 2 $5s and 2 $1s, intending to tip a dollar cash fron my wallet, which i gad taken the cash out of to find the right change. I was varrying about $100 on me, which they saw and apparently teied to shake me down my food???
They wouldnt give it to me. I asked agaib and aain, rhem saying i ddnt oay enough or it was the qrong amount their broken engiish . Finally i said if dont gove me my food it was a problem, and I would call the cops. Cops are too lazy to do anything so I will just go up there roday and have the make another one that they haventt already apit on and we’ll call it even.

Respectfully, I’ve been patronizing this restaurant for years . I have had good experiences in the past with the food and employees but lately it’s been this same lady who is just not fit for her job serving the public. I’m not sure her name but she is a middle aged lady(40-50’s) , skinny, dirty blonde hair that is clipped up, she usually has on knee /low thigh shorts with her subway uniform.
She is not up to par with her customer service skills, she openly bashes customers for ordering certain things on their sandwiches. Her remarks , her little chuckle, her face expressions are not needed when serving a paying customer . I’m not understanding how it hurts or concerns her what I am ordering on my sandwich if I’m using MY HARD EARNED MONEY to pay for it . I know I may be “blowing it out of proportion “ but this has really affected me negatively to the point where I got emotional. I already suffer with “social anxiety and depression “ her remarks were not needed and for this I will protect my peace and just will not patronize this location anymore . I have no respect for people who are ugly to people just because of their preferences. She embarrassed me in front of my husband and other customers . I hope she continues to have the day that she DESERVES. A friendly reminder that it costs $0.00 to be kind .

Little older lady before me wanted to use a coupon but it was expired. I asked if I could use my coupon for hers and mine and they said no. After the lady paid full price for hers… They then inform me I can’t use it for mine either. They said it was one of their signature sandwiches and not one I “built from scratch”….. I didn’t order off the menu. I told them everything I wanted but they still told me I couldn’t use it right after the lady paid for hers so neither of us could benefit. They were rude as hell about it all too. I’ll never go here again.
