This is my fave Sonic to go to. The food is always hot and just the way i order it and i always buy two bags of their ice for my house because it’s my fave ice ever. The young girl at the window was super nice and made sure my whole order was correct. Good job with hiring hard working people!!

I went up to the drive-thru and waited almost 10 minutes for no one to respond at all. I tried to contact them multiple times program building three times. Nothing when I pulled around and looked inside. They were all on their phones doing absolutely nothing. I understand taking a break during work, but everyone just neglecting their duties and ignoring customers probably one the rudest experiences I ever had. It’s great still like it. Just the service tonight was not it.

I do deliveries and went to pick up an order. It specifically says on my app we can use the patio, drive in stalls, OR the drive thru. I usually use a stall because my driver side window motor is broken and my window CAN’T roll down. So I get there and pull into a stall close to the door so they wouldn’t have so far to go tbh. I push the button and tell them I’m there to pick up an order and give the name. I’m told to pull up to the drive thru window. A little frustrated but I don’t say anything and go around to the window. As the blue haired girl hands me the order through my now open door, I ask her why we have to come through the drive thru because the app says where we can go, a thing as a rail blonde comes up behind her and cops an attitude with me. I WAS ONLY ASKING FOR CLARIFICATION AND NOT RUDE AT ALL. The blonde told me they don’t get paid by our people and it’s easier for them. Every time I would speak and try to clarify why we usually use the stall, she would argue louder than me and then shut and locked the drive thru window as I was still talking. I’m sorry but if we HAVE TO go through the drive through then corp needs to let the app know so they can update where we pick up. But the way the blonde acted was unprofessional and completely uncalled for because I was not rude or hostile with the blue haired girl so the blonde had no reason to act the way she did.

As a delivery driver I dread getting a Sonic order at this specific location. Although the staff has always been extremely kind and professional they’re way too slow. One order was for a simple route 44. I was told I had to pick up in the drive through. Slow as molasses. They had the drink sitting on the counter while several other cars ahead of me waited. It would be great if there was a delivery section so drivers can get their orders in less than 10-15 minutes.
Last night the drive thru was so bad the lady behind us placed her order and after 10 minutes of no movement they asked to take her order again.
This sounds like management and disorganization from the company to me. Need a better plan to handle flow of orders as well as training for employees.

Second time there getting old super salty bits and pieces of si called crinkle frys never out ketchup in bag even with $49 order having multiple fries slushy taste kike stale flat syrup water Harley any taste threw them away with fries ate smash burger was pretty good

We had a coupon for a chicken sandwitch and one free and we had gotten cheeseburgers, so we take them back and they said these are chicken sandwhiches and showed us but me and my family of 3 saw that it was burger! Try better sonic,its sad!

The drive thru was out of order so I had to park to order. It took too long for them to take my order and too long for the food to come out. I always have to wait at this location for an abnormally long time. I asked if there was sauce in my bag that I had ordered and she responded “If you asked for it, it should be.” She quickly walked away before I could even look and of course it was not in the bag. I them pressed the button and ordered honey mustard again…..waited….. finally I flagged down the same girl and asked her to bring it to me so I could leave. I was there for about 35 to 40 minutes. That is a ridiculous wait time for fast food. Oh and the food is wayyyy too brown, like they need to change their grease in the fryer.

Always closed before posted times, and the manager on nights was rude. This is how my fries and burger came from the store. Cost over $10 for the combo, but only $1 was for fries I guess.
