I ate at Thai Koji and Sushi by Am Amp and had the tofu fresh roll, edamame, and white rice, everything was absolutely fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. The tofu roll especially stood out, light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.
What really makes this place special is that it’s family owned and operated. You can feel it the moment you walk in, everyone is so nice, welcoming, and genuinely cares about your experience.
Working in the food industry myself with Sanwa Food Group, I truly appreciate restaurants that put this kind of pride into their food and service. Thai Koji and Sushi by Am Amp is one of those rare spots where great people and great food come together.

I highly recommend the Thai food here. I have now been a few times and the noodle dishes are some of the best I’ve had in the US. I don’t know if the couple working there are the owners but they are very friendly and kind. I am always surprised that there are not more people dining here.

This place is a must try if you like Thai food. Food is always fresh and flavorful, with grandma cooking up dishes in the back. The drunken noodles are great, especially Thai hot. The Thai beef noodle soup is the best I’ve had in town. The broth is amazing! All the dishes I’ve tried are always flavorful. This place does not disappoint so much so that I’ve become a regular. Yes the soup is that good!

We had such a good experience here. We’d ordered takeout twice and decided to enjoy the ambiance. Our server was so friendly, and we loved the seasonal decorations. I had Panang curry with tofu, so sweet- and the “mild” was the perfect low level of spice for me. My husband enjoyed the chicken pad Thai (it’s the third time he’s ordered it). My young kid enjoyed the chicken lo mein even though he had to work around the cabbage. And we split a sushi roll, and devoured it. So tasty. We can’t wait to bring friends and family with us next time!

Service was 5 star! I’m giving 4 star for the food we ordered. Tom Kha soup was 5/5, Fire Dragon roll was 3/5… they put a Smokey sauce on top that wasn’t described in the menu item description and it hurt the dish. The sweet and sour fish was 4/5, we didn’t like how the skin was on it, made it chewy. Excited to come back and try other items like the Pad Thai and Fried Rice.

Crispy Duck is a winner here.
Get it 2 ways..Basil or creamy curry.
Order medium spicy because hot option was almost uneatable.
Tom yum soup is the ticket…great flavor…choose this resteraunt over 192 thai one.
Only reason for 4star is creamy curry duck was a little thick and needed to be warmer when served.

My wife and I really enjoyed Thai Koji & Sushi. The decor was very nice. Everyone was very nice. The apps and entrees were both made with fresh ingredients and tasted great! Definitely going back!

Their Crab Rangoon are in my opinion the best in town. The sauce they serve with them is a chefs kiss… if you are used to more of a duck sauce instead of sweet & sour sauce. I highly highly recommend you try theirs it’s like a rice vinegar based sauce and the they fill them FULL! So good every time. Their pad Thai is also amazing.
