Love this place! Verify that you are going during open restaurant hours & the specials offered.
I love the fettuccine alfredo with my chicken parm. The garlic cheese bread is delicious enough to visit the restaurant just for that! Meatball was good too. We could only eat 1/2 of our meal & brought home leftovers.
Fast forward to last night, we did a carry out. Meal was just as delicious when we ate it at home! Forgot to take photos, dug in too fast!
I have heard excellent things about the pizza here. I still need to try it!

I have long heard good things about La Cantina. We went with a group of friends last summer for an anniversary party. I heard the pizza was the best. I didn’t listen and ordered the Linguini and Clams. It was good, but it was a mistake compared to the pizza, ravioli, and red sauce based pasta. We went back recently. This time, I ordered the Emilio pizza with sausage. Come on now!! It was outstanding! The sauce…wow! It’s easily the best pizza I’ve had in a long time!! Great attentive service! Highly recommend! (Just a heads up, it does take a while to bake and they do quite a take out business even on a week night).

The food was very good. Being an Interracial couple rushed out and served a check before asked if we would like a second glass of wine or dessert both times we tried attending let us know that we are not welcome. We would love to be a part of this restaurants atmosphere however it is noticeable we are not welcome. Very heartbreaking….

Service is always amazing. If food comes out wrong it is always made up for (and then some!). We love dining in as well as taking out pizza. The pizza is even good (my husband would say better) the next day. Absolutely recommend La Cantina for any of your date night or dinner needs.

Exceptional dining experience. Amanda was our server & she did a wonderful job! Atmosphere was perfect, we were seated by window with a beautiful view! Drinks…Cider Bellini’s & Moscato wine…both were very good. Appetizers… Meatballs with Marinara, Seafood Stuffed Portobello Mushroom & bread with an olive oil & herb dipping sauce… all were delicious.
Entrees…Pasta Emilio, Classic Alfredo, Lasagne, Chicken Parmesan & Chicken Marsala…portions were huge & food was phenomenal! Desserts… Tiramisu, Cannoli, Molten Chocolate Lava Cake & Peanut Butter Pie…we loved all of these! So glad we tried this restaurant, we will definitely visit again.

We have been here many times over the years and had been really great. Recently we went and had the lasagna but felt it was very different and much cheaper made. I understand needing to cut costs but not so much that the food takes such a change in quality and flavor.

First time at this family Italian restaurant and we were happily surprised. To be honest I don’t think there were any true Italian family restaurants in this part of west Michigan. It was great. I had a delicious Chicken Parmigiana with a side of pasta and a very good chocolate ganache desert with what seemed like icecream. The chicken was served very hot with the perfect amount of roasted mozzarella cheese on top of very good tomato sauce that was slightly sweet. It came with a side of spaghetti with the same sauce. ALL of it was very good!

The food here is over the top good!! Everything from pizzas, to the salad and all pasta dishes I’ve had has been wonderful. Very authentic and so delicious!
