I love this little place! All of the food is yummy but the stuffed jalapenos are the best! Great food and drink specials each day off the week and in nice weather the patio is a fun treat. I love it.

Went for the first time this past Saturday. Service was good even though it was busy. Wait staff were very pleasant. Margaritas were great, food was good, guacamole was excellent. Will definitely be going back. Loved the quaint atmosphere as well.
Have been going every Friday for the last 4 months and still get excellent service…the food is fantastic and so are the margaritas. All the wait staff are pleasant. Just a good dining experience.

Food is good, Rita’s are strong. Salsa good? Chips tasted a bit stale ( maybe humidity), bathrooms not clean and no paper towels. I do like this place. The Owner is a nice person and remember the old days on Forest Drive.

Good food served in a easy-going, low-key atmosphere. Chips and salsa are brought to the table in but seconds of us being seated! What’s not to love, right? The menu is diverse and also traditional. I have never had a bad meal there…even since their early years over on Forest Drive in Bay Ridge. Servings are generous in size and made with love. They also serve a great selection of cocktails as well as their tasty margaritas!! Go and have a fun and delicious dining experience in West Annapolis (as I’ve always had there)!

I’m not sure how some of the other reviewers were actually eating here. Service was great and food was amazing. Yes, it is a no frills kind of atmosphere, but with food that causes this girl (prior military, LOTS of travels) to say “wow” to the food and beautifully strong margaritas, you will sell yourself short by driving by this place!

Good for the price. The food is 3, maybe 3.5, stars. It’s decent and filling, but certainly not the best. On the other hand, the margaritas are 4+ stars! The Orange Crush margaritas are particularly fantastic!
Atmosphere is pleasantly laid-back, but so is the service. The wait staff is friendly, but always seems a little too busy every time we’ve visited.
All in all, a good place for casual night out, with or without kids.

We had a great server. Food was just okay nothing stood out. It was a warm and inviting atmosphere which I prefer over chain restaurants. They could invest a little money to fix the place up. Food took a little while with very little people there. I would go back if I was in the area but I wouldn’t go out of my way as there are better options.

I ordered the tamales and the mini chimichangas(to go). They were absolutely fantastic! Loved trying all the different kinds of chimichangas, the pork and beef were my favorite! The tamales come wrapped in corn husks which was cool and authentic. I liked that they put the sauce on the side so the tamales didn’t get too soggy underneath. I would definitely give this place another try!

The food was pretty good, but so overshadowed by the overall dirty appearance – hardly appetizing in a dining establishment. From the musty smell that hits you at the front door, to the dirty floors and tables and the bathroom that is long overdue for repairs…….it is like no one cares. Hot, dirty and mediocre service – I don’t foresee returning anytime soon.

I’ve eaten here several times over the past few years and the food has been consistently mediocre. Nothing I’ve eaten here (tacos, burritos, etc.) has ever matched the quality of an Old El Paso boxed kit, and has been eclipsed by Taco Bell. Very disappointing, since I remember the food being of a much higher quality in the past. The margaritas, once the hallmark of the restaurant, now taste like bad tequila in a too-sweet store-bought mix. I’m a little surprised they’re still in business, and I can only assume it’s because of foot traffic from the neighborhood.
