I have traveled to places all over the world and Fresh Italy has some of the best food I have ever tasted. Full of flavor, generous portions, I couldn’t have asked for a better meal. I drove an hour to try this place, which was highly recommended by some friends, and I would gladly drive it again. The pricing was great for the quality of food. I’ve had other restaurants charge twice that much and have half the quality. Amazing people and service, quiet and cozy atmosphere.

My fiance showed me this hidden gem off Lindbergh and WOW was I impressed. The food quality and portions alone are great but when you see the prices it is even more amazing. Anytime my fiance and I are remotely close to Florissant or craving Italian food we always chose Fresh Italy. We both like our wine with dinner and Fresh Italy has great wine to pair with your meals. We always order cheese bread and toasted raviolis and get a salad to start. Fresh Italy doesn’t just make pasta but also delicious entrees, even crab cakes (which are delicious). Then what is an Italian meal without more wine and dessert? Fresh Italy always leaves me full and happy without breaking the bank. They also offer a wonderful reward system so regular visits are even sweeter. I recommend Fresh Italy to all friends, family and anyone who enjoys a good meal.

Nothing “fresh” about it. The food was very bland & came out rather cold, which is odd because food usually has more flavor the cooler it gets. Maybe this is all because Fresh Italy can get away with paying their employees less than minimum wage since they make very little revenue. Not only does that make the owners horrible people, but it is horrible business practice to under-pay your employees, for this promotes thievery & many other unbecoming actions that are a hindrance to the business. Keep your people happy & your customers will follow!

It’s been a couple years since we ate here, but I remember how good the food was and was hoping for that today with carryout. Disappointing to say the least. Pasta was bland, noodles were like those in frozen dinner meals, no bread, all around just meh. When you pay for quailty, you hope for quality, and it just was not there. Not sure what happened but it’s not good.

The new owners have ruined the mom and pop feel that it used to have. They did too much, and now it just doesn’t have that “Italian home and dinner with the family” feel it used to have… Granted the pizza is awesome, and t-ravs are THE BEST you can get from literally anywhere. At least they kept that.

Got 2 salads and garlic cheese bread to go. 24 bucks and the salad barely had any cheese, was not very good at all. I don’t know what happened to this place, it used to be great. Another Florissant business slowly dying.

Simple place. Quiet. Enjoyed the lasagna. Fairly cheesy. Also, had the sampler appetizer. Really liked the toasted ravs. Had the house dressing. It’s a creamy italian and it tasted pretty good. The bread basket was ok. Get your carbs from the pasta instead.
