So the owner thought it was a good idea to go to a drive through only operation. People have been coming in here for years and enjoy the staff and the sitting area. Now, the personality is gone, the drive through is lousy, the waits are longer, and the experience sucks. Love the staff. Whats left of them

Asked for a sugar free mocha Carmel cold brew light flavor because I have gestational diabetes there was so much flavor in it and was not sugar free mind you. Spiked my blood sugar so bad to the point I almost passed out. Need to do better and listen better before you kill someone. (Also why your supposed to repeat the order back at speaker and at the window)

I come here everyday for a coffee for myself and my wife. We love there coffee’s. We love there friendliness. We also love there coupons We get from Krogers and from the mail for free coffee’s. There reward system is great too. They always get me rite in and out. They see me in the parking lot and they already know what I want and they start making my order. Lol. The coffee is always so hotttt and taste so great. Way better than those other big box chain stores. They make my drink perfect everytime and the young people parking there are so nice amd kind. Great place to get that pick me up drink first thing in the morning to get your day going. It’s the only place I go to get my daily coffee ☕️ fix. Early in the morning there is no line at all but later after 9 they have a bit of a rush hour so the early bird gets the worm fast. Glad to see them here in small town Flushing, Mi.

I have been coming here every so often for about two years now! The employees are typically hard working and friendly not only towards the customers, but toward each other as well. I work nearby, and even outside of the building they have been very sweet to me. My coffees, teas, and food have always met my expectations. Thank you for being so wonderful! My go to drink is a 16 fl oz mocha mocha over ice if you like a bold flavor!

I really enjoy their coffee, they have so many options. Definitely check their online menu out. They even have great choices for kids! I just wish there was a drive thru option at this location. It’s inconvenient to have to go in with two small kids. Other than that it’s 5 stars.

Horrible energy, customer service from the ladies inside this location is always unwelcoming. They make my drinks way too fast and with no love and care, why are you putting on my tops? All other locations leave the tops off and place Carmel and whipped cream on top. I will never come here again, I never feel welcomed, satisfied or invited back. Do better young ladies.

Poor customer service today, when I looked away, the two girls at the register, looked at each other and the one rolled her eyes said something and smirked, and didn’t realize that I had looked up and seen it all. very poor engagement, made it hard to make my order. this isn’t the first time I’ve come in here and the team has zero customer service skills. I won’t be visiting again anytime soon.

I haven’t actually tried any of their food but I have been here multiple times to meet with friends, talk and drink. The last few times I have had the blackberry and raspberry flavored ice tea. I like it and it’s reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great for hanging out and a lot of times they play good music. The cashier was friendly.
