I had a great experience at Burger King thanks to Amber. She was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct without rushing me. Her attitude was positive, and you can tell she actually cares about customer service, which isn’t always easy to find. The food came out hot and fresh, and the overall experience was smooth because of her. Amber definitely made my visit better and deserves recognition for her hard work.

Stopped by Burger King and had a really pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was on point. The manger on nights really stood out with her great attitude and professionalism. She was welcoming, made sure everything was right with my order, and kept things moving efficiently. It’s always nice when someone takes pride in their work, and it definitely shows. Because of her, I’ll be coming back to this location again.

Pretty good food. This Burger king has better Whoppers than most others I’ve tried, and the mozzarella sticks are pretty much always phenomenal. Never had an order be messed up either.

First of all this location is becoming ran down and could definitely use an update, but it’s Burger King and it’s classic
I ordered lunch for my two kids and placed an order with my busy work from home and hyper focus focused on my project. I had it delivered.
I did not go through DoorDash. I went through the Burger King mobile app.
Because when I placed my grocery order, Walmart referred me with a 25% off coupon
Sounds great, right? Here’s where it all went downhill I placed my order for two meals when it arrived. I could already notice by the size of the bag. The order was going to be wrong. There was only one meal and two sodas.
There was not a napkin there was no condiments just a halfsies Medium side and a crabby patty burger. So, I reached out To the store to see if they could send their driver back, unfortunately even though I used Burger King mobile app apparently it’s powered through DoorDash
So I use customer support
My order came out $30. Their response is to send me $10 between five and seven days.
And expecting me to look at my kid and be like share your meal or only one of you gets to eat. Not only am I appalled by the stores location, not doing due diligence to put a simple order together
But shame on Burger King and DoorDash for not making it an easier resolution for people that are just very doubled down on work. It’s supposed to be fast food for Convenience
How inconvenient would it be to call your store and them say sorry call DoorDash there’s nothing we can do and hang up as if I’m the person that did something wrong
Then reach out to support and be offered $10 between five and seven days
Was I Karen in the beginning of this?… no. But I sure am in a karen mood now.
Thanks for nothing all the way around. I’ve wasted more time trying to rectify this order with no resolution than it would’ve been for me to get up and go drive to the damn store myself Someone needs to do better

I recently ordered chicken fries from them and they were stale, cold, and HARD. Like I broke them in half like a popsicle stick. The fries? Cold and stale. The drink was flat and tasted like cherry sprite… it was a DR PEPPER. Don’t go here, as a matter of fact? A health inspector needs to monitor here and corporate needs to have this place demolished and the employees fired immediately if they aren’t trained properly

If you want an evening of entertainment – vomiting and diarrhea, I recommend this place. The wrap was not rolled, the fries were not cooked, the cheeseburger meat was half raw. The cola-flavored tap water.

The place seems to have alot of problems with keeping employees. The employees are nice enough but don’t seem to be trained very well. The guy at the front was on his phone behind the register between people. I have come in at least twice when there were only two people working and they had to close the lobby or not take orders because employees didn’t come in or walked out. The decor is dated. The thing that annoys me is the kid at the front puts his fingers in the cups when he hands them to you. It’s a Burger King so it’s not great food, but still wouldn’t recommend until the place gets better employees.

The food was ok, not the best. The wrap wasn’t even wrapped. The service sucks, people were very rude. Other than the lady working at the drive through. The place was also super dirty too, floors haven’t been swept tables not wiped down. Totally disgusting

Been here a few times. Service can be hit or miss, but my last visit the lady at the window was very nice. Love their cookies and cream shakes

I used to manage a BK in my late teens, and I can’t, for the life of me, remember the burgers not fitting the bun. I also asked for heavy mayo and pickle, and as you can see, there is no extra! If they’re gonna have a 2 for $5 special on Whopper Jr’s, at least warn people that they are the size of a slider!!
