Fryer was down. Paid for a large fry (that is $6) but instead of getting a refund, they insisted on 2 bags of chips (thats $3). Took a long time to recieve the food, but did not communicate right away it was because their fryer was down. Employees clearly acted like they didnt want to be there. Maybe pay them a workable wage? But still, not my problem. Annoyed I spent almost $40 on 2 sandwiches and some jank chips. Sandwiches were also wrapped with the paper inside and tasted like it was missing ingredients. Probably wont be back to this location. Yall suck

I actually LOVE to eat here! The only reason i’m leaving this review is for a warning. I came in tonight about an hour before they closed. The food was great (as always. However, the two people that were working seemed to clash. The manager, a young guy who was wearing a white blues hat was GREAT! He was probably one of the nicest and fastest workers i’ve encountered here. The second worker seemed to be the issue. He was a bald man who seemed to disagree with how the manager worked. He then proceeded to cause a loud altercation where he was very adamant to let everyone in the place know that he was mad and he didn’t agree with the manager. Both workers apologized however, being in the restaurant industry he needs to understand that this should’ve taken place after we left or at least quietly. Even though the bald man apologized, he then proceeded to continue for the third time about the subject. This was after we decided to eat inside but as the bald man kept going at the topic we almost left to eat inside our car. Love the place! Love the food! Don’t love the bald man.

Let me start off by saying the employees were great. Very nice. Great service. The subs, however, were super tiny. We ordered two 12″ subs and one 6″ inch. The subs had barely anything of each ingredient on it. Including the meat and cheese. At least they tasted ok. I originally thought they were a good price, but after seeing them, I don’t know how people pay for this. They have about a quarter of all the toppings that Subway puts in theirs. They don’t look anything close to the pictures posted online. Otherwise, I would have known what to expect. That’s a false advertisement. I’ve eaten here once years ago, and I could have sworn they were a lot bigger. I really don’t know what happened. I’ll stick with Subway.

The 3 people on the morning crew working at the Arnold location on 9/5/25 were amazing from start to finish. They were friendly and fast, and they even took the time to double check a few things about how I wanted my order before making the food. I could also just tell they worked really well together as a team and were running a tight ship. Thanks for the good food and great service!

Food was horrible! BLT…Bacon was not done…the sandwhich wasn’t cut through all the way, so when i went to pick it up everything came with it. Fries were very oily and the ketchup was obviously watered down. They advertise Heinz ketchup but I assure you it is not. $20 wasted money…left my food! Won’t be back. The manager was not very friendly either…all in all a horrible experience!

Came her for two longs… Got one long and one sandwich that was about three inches shorter. The chicken teriyaki was so burned that it was not consumable. Paid for a coupon booklet (for charity) but they didn’t have it.. not a big deal, it is for charity, but still. When I got home and sa/tasted the sandwiches, left a complaint. Manager called and said she would refund, never happened. Not big money to pursue, but I would avoid this particular location.

I love Penn station Philly cheesesteaks but when I got one from the Arnold location I was very disappointed. Two bites in and a big chunk of uncut meat pulled out of the sandwich but what really sucks is it was dry and bland… I hate a dry sandwiche and at the very least it should taste good. I’ve never been disappointed by the Philly cheese steak at other locations. I’m not sure what’s going on here. Also I drove several several miles out of my way to get a sandwich from there.

Good subs, but a bit over priced. Bread is really hard and the fries were done in oil that desperately needed to be changed. Not the friendliest staff either. Won’t go back.

Let me just say i’ve went here many times before & had wonderful service, but recently I got food from here and found hair in my sandwich. I seen it and was grossed out but picked it out & still ate it. After eating half the sandwich, I found another hair.. I was completely grossed out at this point and disappointed because i’ve always loved the food here. Most the employees here are great, but every time this one particular employee makes the food it’s usually not the best quality. He did have long hair, so I think he just needs to start wearing a hairnet. Other than that great place.

Food is amazing, problem is the phones don’t work so you can’t call ahead to get a Togo order. Besides that food is good way over priced but get your phones looked at.
