Nice atmosphere and tasty pies. I tried a variety of flavors and they were all good, but a few stood out as favorites.
For savory pies, I’d recommend the shepherd’s, which is a bit untraditional but nicely seasoned and textured, or the BBQ brisket & mac, mainly for the novelty of the mashup.
For sweet pies, the humble crumble can’t be beat. If you get it to go, definitely warm it up! The other strong contender is the cookies & cream; while it’s not particularly groundbreaking, it’s comfort food at its best.
I was also inspired by the owners’ commitment to running a healthy family business as well as their objective of employing neurodivergent folks. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. I could tell that Pie Dive Bar is a popular place for local regulars and I can see why.
A few suggestions for the chefs:
· Most everything could use a bit more seasoning, and the savory pies could have all used a heavy pinch of salt.
· When dining in, I believe my slices were heated in a microwave. Taking the few extra minutes to reheat the slices in an oven or toaster oven instead would go a long ways toward preserving the texture of both the crusts and the fillings.
· Investing in slightly higher quality ingredients like fresh fruit and vegetables, homemade whipped cream, and better ice cream would really take these pies over the top.
Overall, they weren’t the best pies I’ve ever had, but they were satisfying and I really enjoyed my visit!

After a hike we decided to go here. We sat at bar and our bartender, Katie, was a gem. Turned out it was happy hour and we got $3 off a savory steak pie that was delicious. Katie was very friendly without being intrusive. Website a sweet piece of pie to take home. Definitely will be going again soon.

We had a wonderful time on a surprisingly busy Saturday for a late lunch. We were able to squeeze up to the bar for some beverages and pie, including delicious manhattans, a French 75, and an old fashioned. Definitely recommend the BBQ brisket and Mac savory pie!
Beware of the French 75: 1) if it has Empress gin, know it will be purple; and 2) if it’s a French 75… it’s going to have lemon
The staff were extremely personable and entertaining, keeping up with the crush of the crowd even short-staffed. We will definitely be coming back – thanks for the memories!

We have been here a few times and have enjoyed everything we have ordered so far. Tonight, we had the “BBQ Brisket Mac and Cheese pie” and the “Chicken Curry pie”. I was a very happy boy when the pie hit my mouth. We both enjoyed what we ordered for dinner. For dessert, we ordered the “cookies and cream pie”. I was very surprised at how subdued the sweetness was. I wás expecting it to be very sweet. Instead, it was flavorful and enjoyable and I highly recommend it as a dessert choice. The drinks were also good. Michael is a great bartender.

We had a great time here. I tried the brisket Mac pie and my husband tried the steak pie and both were really good. The food came out fast. The only negative was our server seemed to forget us after we got our meals- but it ended up being okay as we didn’t order dessert because after 10 minutes we realized we were really full already! We’ll go back for dessert sometime. Definitely recommend it and the area is also really nice for a stroll and some shopping.

Waited 25 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was 90% capacity. The original booth had water dripping from the air conditioning unit, so we had to wait for another table. Note that both tables were wiped off wet and not dried. After seated for 10 minutes, drinks were ordered. The drink order was delivered with one wrong drink, and we walked the drink back to the bar for the correct one. Dinner was ordered at that time. 5 minutes later, the savory pies were placed on our table. The arugula salad was OK. The steak pie had little steak and was dry. There should have been more gravy and less potatoes. The pie crust was good, which prompted us to order a banana pie, which was good. Pricing for the meal was higher than expected. The restaurant is clean and is not completely ADA assessible.

Came here for the first time with my husband for our 5 year anniversary, we were greeted right away, sat down and the woman who waited on us was absolutely lovely! She was kind, quick, attentive even while she was doing 100 things she made sure to check on us! Atmosphere was great! We will 100% be back again and recommend this place to everyone!

Best chicken pot pie I’ve ever had in my life. Kick it up a notch and ask for a side of tapatio hot sauce. And that arugula beet salad just compliments the savory pie perfectly. My ultimate comfort meal. Fantastic cocktails too!!
I also love being able to pick up a whole pie cooked or frozen to bring to any potluck I’m ever invited to lol.

The Pie Dive Bar in Snohomish is so dang tasty and with a full bar to boot. Located on the famous 1st street right by the Snohomish River, we were amazed at how phenomenal the pie slices actually were. I had the steak pie with tender chunks of beefsteak with a beautiful gravy. Two of my family had the Thanksgiving pie which was filled with real turkey and fixins with real cranberry sauce on the side for dipping or smearing on, and the other two of my family had the pie laden with burnt ends and macncheese. Everyone said there food was delicious! Each pie slice also came with an arugula salad topped with a bounty of feta cheese and pickled red strips we guessed were beets (beautifully pickled enough you couldn’t taste raw beets, just sweet and sour). I’m not usually a salad fan, but I gobbled mine up quickly as the taste was addictive. The bar also has a full array of alcohol cocktails, wine, beer, non-alcohol beers, and mocktails as well as regular sodas and lemonade. Any age can come in and eat, but alcohol, of course, is 21 and over and they are meticulous about checking I.Ds. There is limited seating, especially at the bar. The bathrooms are kept very clean and I was surprised they had 2 in such a small place! This place would be great to take a date. Eat between 3PM and 5 PM on weekdays to get $3.14 off each slice which is a great deal! We also ordered for dessert a slice of fresh apple crisp for my wife’s birthday and they overheard us talking so the server put a candle on the slice, which was unexpected but very appreciated. Parking on 1st Street is very difficult but can be done; just expect to circle back a couple of times or park farther away for a walk. So come to 1st Street for all the quaint boutiques and antique shops and finish up your day at the Pie Dive Bar. I highly recommend it!
