I ordered a chicken rice bowl from this restaurant while I was waiting for a connecting flight from Seattle. I ordered at the counter. Anyway, as crowded as the B gates always are here and it’s hard to get an empty chair during peak times, I wanted to sit at the restaurant, with the food I purchased from them 5 mins ago. The waiter/ guy who talked to me earlier refused to let me sit saying this is only for customers ordering at the table and I’m not allowed to eat there.
Anyway, the food was tasteless and mediocre. The portion was ridiculously small for the price. Not worth $18. More like $8. If you want to try a wannabe Mexican restaurant, wait it out and go to Chipotle instead. If the food tasted decent despite their attitude, they would have earned more stars.

First impression was like any other business today. They don’t have employees that care. It took quite an effort to get anyone’s attention except the young man behind the bar .He is very attentive an eager to assist Everyone else I saw was doing their best to hide from any potential customer. I ordered their chorizo nachos thinking they were reasonable. I thought they were 7:50 Turned out they was a one in front of that. A beer and nachos was 40 bucks. Not even good nachos. They said chorizo but I assure you it probably came out of a can of Hormel chili. Chili a little sour cream and a wee bit of tomato half of the chips had nothing on them. In the picture you’ll see there’s a young man hiding to the left of the cash register. No less than a dozen customers came up trying to get his attention but he was too busy on his phone. That kind of employee is worse than no employee. Keep your money in your pocket unless you want to drink at the bar

For the price of Carné Bowl ($19 plus taxes), I expected more. I got 4 slices of steak and maybe 5 scoops of rice. I know airport food is kinda expensive, but this one is the worst. Don’t buy here – find something else at the airport.

Not the best Mexican food in the world, but hey, you’re at an airport. I found it a bit inauthentic and bland but nothing a little TapaTío can’t fix. Excellent service though! Very quick. And nice ambiance with the music and decor. The bar was poppin, too.

We just got the chips, salsa and queso. It didn’t take long for the food to be ready. It’s pricey. $16 . The salsa was disappointing but the queso was ok. The staff was friendly.

The food was good; for convenience, I ordered at the 2GO terminal. I left a $20 tip for an $18 bowl since my boarding gate was nearby, I changed my mind and decided to use the restaurant tables. There were many empty chairs, but the waiter don’t allow me to using them and demanded that I must buy something else if I wanted to use the tables.

Kate was a very rude bartender. To begin they all need to align with their policies and not make them up depending on their mood or customer color. I come here 2-3 times a week ans I travel a lot and the other staff I deal with are amazing and respectful. After I had my meal, I asked her for my check. I paid with card and was going to leave a cash tip. I selected no receipt. She reached over me and grabbed the card machine and checked to see if I left a tip. She then proceeded to print out the receipt and THREW it at me. I asked to speak to the manager who was a lady that spoke broken English. I asked for the number to corporate or whoever ran the location and they told me they don’t have it. Oddly enough I took a picture of the receipt with a corporate number and when I asked if that was the number, they hesitated and said I guess. I watched how they interacted with every other customer and it was with smiles and respectful and definetly nothing was thrown at them. I am highly disappointed and extremely irritated.
Also to add this location has extremely long wait times and I’ve had Kate as a server before and she picks and chooses who she quickly serves. It’s highly frustrating and disappointing to be treated like you are nothing especially when you come to the location a lot. Attached is the photo of the receipt with corporate number and the other photo shows where they cut out the number/ email of whom to contact

First, it’s a restaurant at an airport. Set your expectations very low with Mi Casa Cantina.
If your flight leaves within 30 minutes, I would find something else to eat as the service here is glacially slow.
The chips and guac is embarrassing.
The salsa came in a Robitussin cough medicine cap sized cup.
The quesadilla is sad.
Cannot recommend

New rule for 2025! No more airport wanna be Mexican food joints. Jesus! They look all stereotypical Cantina, but they ain’t coming with it like a Cantina.
The service was fine!!
I don’t need anymore, it’s not a fine dining experience.
Just make tacos better, or even as good as the ones in the trucks in SoCal.
This place was a step up from Taco Bell, Rubios, and any other garden variety, gringo, Faux taco dives.
I think the quesadilla would be best, if I had to do it again.
The tacos were lame, who doesn’t cook the tortillas.
The taco nachos, salsa whatever you call it with beef with flavorless.
Just say no .

I was really disappointed with my experience at Mi Casa Cantina. I ordered a chorizo burrito, and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. It arrived in just two minutes, and it was clear that it had been microwaved—the flour tortilla was soggy and wet, with no real flavor. To top it all off, I was shocked at the price. Paying $20 for such a low-quality small burrito felt like a rip-off.
