I used to eat there all the time, but one bad experience ruined it for me. They gave me some nasty rotten chicken wings. Ok, no huge deal, I get things happen sometimes, but I couldn’t possibly eat them, even after cooking them further at the house. I called the restaurant and was extremely polite, praised the pizza and the friendliness of the staff, even offered to bring the spoiled wings back to the store. I work in restaurant, and like I said, I get things happen sometimes. The manager Diane not only refused to give me a measly credit or refund for the wings, she was extremely rude. Like way unnecessary ignorant mean for no reason. I tried to be patient and offered to bring the wings back again, even told her how the pizza was great and the guy at the counter was great again, but she said even if I brought the wings back, she wouldn’t give me a credit for them and was so rude that I am like shaking mad now writing this review. That is just crazy to me. I don’t understand how people like that can be allowed to work in customer service, much less be in charge of other people, and much more importantly, be in charge of food safety. I could have gotten very sick eating those wings, but luckily I know better. Diane, if that is even her real name, is not only a bad fit for customer service or restaurant, but an actual disgrace to the entire human race. Shame.

Ordered for pickup on the Friday before Thanksgiving . A woman was walking out with 14 Pizzas and in the 5-10 minute wait for my pickup 6 other customers walked out with their orders and 2 delivery drivers left more orders. This location was clearly swamped but they were handling it with refreshing professionalism and positivity. So impressed with the staff working 11/21. Thank you for working hard!

This review goes to the driver of the Warwick location. Our order was taking longer than usual. When he got here, he was gracious and sincere. His extra special care erased all of the negative feelings. It wasn’t his fault but he made himself accountable for the time delay. Great worker!

Domino’s seems to be doing too much and appears they can’t accomplish the basics. I ordered a pizza at 6:30, per the tracker, and didn’t go into the oven for 40 minutes. I called, thinking there was an issue but there were only short staffed. Domino’s used to be 30 minutes or less. Timeliness was the best thing they had going. It’s now 7:30, and still no pizza delivery. I paid the $4.95 delivery fee and a $5.00 tip first the driver. I called and offered to pick up the pizza but I WAS INFORMED I WOULDNT GET A REFUND FOR THE DELIVERY FER OR DRVER TIP. Needless to say, I will never use Domino’s again. Too many other options without the aggregation!

Once again I ordered a stuffed crust pacific vegetarian pizza with extra feta cheese and sausage. I got no feta and no sausage. It still was a great pizza but for some reason they just can’t get my pizza right. But only in now in Virginia but also in Oklahoma last year. I don’t know what to do to get my order right. At least the stuffed crust is really good.

For the past few years I have been ordering from this location and have well over spent a few hundred dollars on their food, but as of lately the quality has dropped drastically. Less crust seasoning, less toppings on pizza etc. Today I ordered my regular order and the cheese bread in that order is flat as a board and looks as it was just thrown all over the place on the way to my house. The drivers are my favorite people ever and I wish them nothing but the best but I’ve put up with the quality drops because I had a dear friend that had worked there and passed away but I think this is the last time I’ll be ordering from this location.

Delivery order sat in the store for almost an hour before delivery. I called after 30 minutes and was lied to saying it was leaving in just a few minutes and I did not need to come pick it up. Did not leave for another 20 minutes and was hard and dry when delivered. Rough night for a sub and bread bites. They were returned and refunded 10 minutes after delivery.

The service at this location has taken a nose dive as of late. Deliveries taking close to two hours to deliver. Orders cancelled without explanation. I’ll be looking for a new location and I’ll just do carry out rather than continue my business here.

Last thing the pizza had seen upon delivery. These guys particularly at this location really are super no kidding and very consistent. Have had a few pizzas that took a little longer but I had ordered them at peak times. Have enjoyed picking up a few orders as well. Again appreciate the service, food, and everyone at this location.
