I ordered a sandwich at the counter and I specidiwd for only a couple couple of things on it. They immediately added everything on it. I asked them to remake it. The bread they used was overcooked and hard as a rocK and very dark brown. The bread should have been tossed. Ruined my meal. Ill get better service somewhere else. I want my money back for the crappy sandwich. Store was clean for the atmosphere.

Great food and great service from the workers, but management severely under staffs this store consistently. They are overrun by online orders, so even though there was no line in person, it took 30 minutes to get my Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. I watched workers making lots of sandwiches and placing them on a shelf to sit for pickup while I waited. If you are going to offer online AND in-person service management needs to staff for both to get a rush at the same time, and not let one side of service suffer so much. This was not the first time it took me a very long time to get a sandwich at this location.

I show up on a Sunday evening to grab dinner. Unfortunately, some of their staff called out sick so they could watch the game… But the folks that were on the clock meant business and they were handling the situation with grace and efficiency. They didn’t panic, they just dug into their work. And when it was my turn to place my order, they were super nice and attentive, and even though they were slammed, they took the time to assemble my sandwich and made it as delicious and well-stacked as I expect from Jersey Mike’s. When crap hits the fan and your people don’t crumple under the pressure, that’s when you know you have solid employees. My food was great, I only had to wait a little longer than expected despite the circumstances, and they were super friendly and nice even though they were having a tough time. That experience deserves a shout-out!

I like this place. I really missed the Rosemary parmesan bread. Surprised they don’t sell it in the stores. My only real complaint is they seem to be tight with the green pepper. They slice them under thin. The grilled the meat. I almost forgot what planet I was on. Plus they never charged me for extra meat. The less they charge me the more often I will come back.

I just orders a Veggie sub on DoorDash and when i started looking at my sub there was hair all throughout the whole sandwich. I’m completely disgusted. Such poor sanitation and care for the food. I definitely put in for a refund on DoorDash but this should never happen. Always remember to check your food before you eat it!!! Now I’m without a lunch at work lovely! Look close up and you’ll see the hair all in the food. So much more i could’ve taken a picture of but it’s too much

Well oiled Machine that kitchen ran like a well tuned 350 Chevy engine everything was on point the quality was there the workers were all clean and neat as they work good eye contact as far as making sure all of the customers were helped a very good communication to make sure all the orders or exact emphasize this is a great spot it really makes jersey sub looks like a high in Sandwich shop great job

My first visit to Jersey Mikes. The staff was friendly but a bit scatter brained. I ordered the Giant Big Kahuna Philly. A good sandwich. But that being said, at that price I could have gone to Collazzis or Rizzos for a philly. But as a whole I was not disappointed. Ill probably go back for a sandwich.
