We have been long-term Red Fort customers, so our expectations are always high, but the experience we had at the Red Fort Express truck today was on another level. The gentleman working the truck, suresh, was absolutely exceptional, his service was top-tier and he was incredibly welcoming.
Most importantly, he made us the best Tikka Masala we have ever had. If you’re a regular, you know the food is good, but this was something special. He deserves all the credit for making our visit perfect. We are so happy he was there!

So glad to have Red Fort closer to the Santa Clara area. Food is just as good as the main restaurant in St George with the most favorites to choose from. Butter chicken is my family’s favorite, we also get the coconut chicken to mix it up a little. Garlic naan is a must have with your meal to tie it all together. They move the food truck around to a few locations. I see them at the dollar tree in SC and Digby’s Market. I’d call ahead to order and ask for location. Enjoy!

The food was good. I’ve heard a lot of hype around this place for a while and didn’t think it was as good as what people have said. Maybe cause i got it at the food truck instead of the restaurant. For Indian food coming out of a trailer, i was impressed. Will need to try it at the actually restaurant now.

Chicken tikka masala is creamy and tangy. The garlic naan has a great garlic flavor. Overall the food is very high quality and the portions aren’t skimpy. Friendly service. Highly recommend.

I have been a big fan of Red Fort for years and was pleased to see the express truck near my home. Unfortunately, our 3 orders of naan bread yesterday were burned to a crisp, hard and crunchy. If this would have been my first time eating here, I would have never ordered that again. Please don’t skimp of the quality and keep that delicious garlic naan bread soft and chewy! Typically I would give Red Fort 5 stars in my past experiences at the restaurant.
