Lunch today at Subway. First I want to say that I love food! If for some reason anyone gets a bad review there must have been something majorly wrong. That being said, lunch was great. I had the Turkey, Bacon & Guacamole wrap. I really like Subway’s wraps. I do not care very much for their sandwiches. I used to until they changed the recipe for their bread several years back. I think the bread is just awful now. The store was very clean and bright. It looks like they have done some remodeling since I was there last. They had every other table closed to comply with COVID so kudos to them for that. The sandwich master (as I call them) was very quick but very thorough. The food line was impeccable (and I was looking for something to critique). Overall a great experience.

Came in hungry, asked a simple question about the meal deal of the day and got a very rude response from the girl with gauge earrings. I understand that it works in a specific way but the amount of attitude in her answer was incredibly immature. Lost my appetite immediately and left. Terrible service

I’m out of town working, my phone died and I don’t get access to my Airbnb for a few more hours. I walked into Subway hungry and needed an outlet to charge my phone. Shae / Shay recognized my main concern was the outlet for my phone, and had already located one before she made my sandwich. She was incredibly kind, and I wish I could do more to say thank you!

I walked in and there were 2 ahead of me already having there sandwich made. The employees were smiling and were professional looking and acting. The food prep area was clean. I ordered my turkey sandwich, and had doritos and a soda. The sandwich was good. The employees while not making food was Busey doing clean up. I would recommend this Subway. I will return to this location to family and friends. Thank you Subway.

This location does not participate in the mobile/online promotions while many of the other subways in the area do. So here is the strategy.
When coupons are available, use them at other subways. Then, when you get your fourth free sub from sub club, redeem it at this location.
That way you can take advantage of the coupons at other locations and get your free sub here.

They’re honoring an in app coupon today. Coincidentally, the app says they’re out of most things. Funny how that works out.
After I picked up one of the few sandwiches I could actually order in the app using the coupon, I saw that they were in fact not out of everything at the counter. In fact, they had the sandwich I would have ordered in the app, if they hadn’t said they were out of stock in the app.
