I ordered this salad along with other items and when I go to look at it – well look at the picture for yourself. Brown and slimy lettuce, so naturally I called and explained the issue and they hung up on me. I called again, thinking maybe it was a mistake but nope they hung up on me again. Definitely never ordering here again and neither should you!

The staff here are absolutely horrible. Poor communication. No common sense. And they’re unable to comprehend simple instructions. My pizza was made incorrectly so I came back to have it remade but I was told I’d have to pay again. I’m sorry but i already paid and I would like to receive my order made correctly. None of the employees have name tags so I can’t mention them on here but he always wears a bandana and has a heavy accent. The owner just lost loyal customer.

Restaurant was clean, the food was good.
But the young man working last night was very rude. Their bathroom was “out of order” (I’m 8 months pregnant and badly had to go) and he was extremely rude about it, looking me up and down with a dirty look as he said no.
We ordered a pasta to share between 3 people and he would only give us one fork to share between all three of us after we asked nicely for a few more utensils. We mentioned “but.. it’s pasta and there are three of us” and he just shrugged and said he can’t give us more than one fork.. very bad customer service.

Ordered online. Double charged on my card for no apparent reason. Spoke to store, they said they only see one transaction and to give it time. Next day, 1 transaction is reversed but another charge for a higher amount is placed. Called the store, they said they only see one transaction and can’t really help me. Not only have I been charged twice, Tip amount has been increased and charged. Can’t speak to a manager for 2 days now, very shady operation going on at this location. Terrible feeling when the store rep says I can’t do anything for you. I been a dominos customer for years, after this I don’t think I’ll ever return.

Hi I called the 13 overlook ave Rochelle park in nj. I called the store 10 times because the online ordering was giving me a problem I called to get help the manger on 2/13/26 hung up on me I asked him for the corporate number he refused to give it to me and was declining my call and hanging up on me when I tried to explain what the problem was you guys say the calls are recorded please go back and listen to the recording at that store between 10:06-10:20 . And he claimed he was the manager his customer service was awful I’m am very upset . HORRIBLE

This store has terrible communication. I ordered one large pie, but right after placing the order, I realized the store was 24 miles away from my house. I immediately called and explained the situation to the person who answered. She kept translating to her manager in Spanish, but he kept refusing to cancel my order. In the end, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Very unprofessional store.
