One star for the continuous (ridiculous) small portion. We stoped by there usual because this is the only one on our way back home. We did take out every time, the first time was OK, but starting the 3rd and 4th time to this time (tonight), either the portion of chicken fingers size or the fries were ridiculously small. Either the compartment for fries was only half filled, or the chicken fingers size was a really FINGER!!
I don’t know if the packing employees did it randomly or sth else, hope they can serve it more consistently. I would definitely go to another branch next time even it takes longer.
Very disappointing for such a big chain store.
The one good thing was friendly front desk employees.

Overall it was good. Fries were spot on. 3 piece chicken finger meal was good. But nowhere as good as chick fil a. Given the choice between the 2 id go to chick fil a for done of God’s chicken where it comes out quicker and from friendlier people.

I see long lines here all the time, so I had to try it for myself. I can’t say much about the food because it was underwhelming and had not much flavor. The server at the drive up window Brittany was very pleasant. The outside of the restaurant was clean and people going in seemed happy.

My daughters, nieces and nephew love this place! It has gone viral. We live near Mohegan sun in Connecticut and there is not one near us. We go to Warwick often and they always want Canes. I find it annoying you can’t get a deal for just drinks and the sides. 25 pieces is 50 bucks and a 4 piece chicken strip with a piece of garlic bread, a drink and fries plus coleslaw alone is like 15 bucks. The individual meals really are not the best way to go if you have a family with several kids. They all love the canes sauce. I am not a fan of it, but I found out they have honey mustard that is pretty good. It’s kind of tight and crowded inside this canes. A lot of “getting in people’s way” when you’re getting drinks, ketchup, napkins. The parking lot is not that big. We almost couldn’t find a spot and it’s confusing as to which direction to go so you don’t take someone else’s parking spot that was there first. Chicken is not greasy, it is moist. Fries the kids love, I find them a little soggy, the Texas toast is very good, but it has sesame seeds on the edges for people with allergies, my niece eats the coleslaw the rest of us do not, but she said it is really good. Overpriced? I would say yeah, if you are eating there and want drinks and all the sides. Just buying the chicken to take home in a foil baking pan? Best deal, but like I said, no sides included.

Food was hot, fresh, and tasted a little better than the Seekonk, MA location! Tendies were crispy, still bland, but slightly better than the other location. Fries were crispy and salted enough. Bread was soft with a very light grilled crust. The sauce was good, but overpriced.

3 stars because the chicken is still bland (Canes Corporate is that goal?), the lemonade is weak or watered down, and my food containers were unnecessarily VERY very greasy all over.

The kids love the food here so we ordered and had it delivered last week and this week. Last time we had missing items, wrong drinks, wrong food. We ordered again tonight figuring maybe it would be fine. I mean, how hard is it to read a slip and make sure the correct food is in the bag? Obviously it is more difficult than one would think because once again the order is wrong. Guess we have to flip a coin to see which kid gets to eat tonight.

Went to the drive-thru 25 tailgate. Not good very bland sauces did not taste good. I used a gift card order was above the balance so I added cash . The cashier put the change back on the gift card. The manager came to the window I asked for my change. He said I could not get change. I told him I gave them cash my change should be cash. I waited at the window for 10 min no one came back. I left they kept the card and the money.

Service was great but the food is NOT worth the hype. Chicken fingers were TINY and the fries were tiny pieces, like the end of the bag crumbs. I was excited to try it but I wont be going back. Sauce was like every other sauce, maybe a little more black peppery which was the only good thing

Come in the dinning room at your own risk. If you’re going to go through the drive through you may be okay, but I have no clue because we came in to sit down as a family. At any other raising Cane’s I have ever been to you have your food within 5mins unless it’s really packed it might be 10mins. Don’t even bother going into the dinning room you’ll have to wait over 20mins for your food to come out. Once it did come out chicken was soggy for who knows what reason.
The crazy part was it was not until the room was filled with over 6 people waiting that I finally went to go grab what looked to be a higher manager who thought it was a better idea to be on a personal phone call rather than helping his staff fulfill the orders in the dining room.
To add salt to the wound they gave us our food in to go trays instead of dinning in trays and we had paid for an additional sauce that we never got. The biggest slap to the face was all we got was a sorry. Mena while a girl that walked in later than we did got an apology and a gift card while a family of 4 with kids who were starving had to wait for them to decide it was a good time to start serving the dining room and not just the drive through…
This is the kind of stuff that gives a big name like rasing canes a bad name.
The gentleman that looked like a manager( white guy with glasses and a black vest) He needs some training for sure to prioritize work over a personal phone call.

I’ve only gone through the drive-thru so far, but every visit has been great. The service is quick, the staff is polite at both the order and pickup windows, and the food is always fresh.
Sure, it’s fast food — but this spot hits the spot every time.

I had my first Raising Cane’s experience years ago in Las Vegas, so I’m thrilled to see it finally here in Rhode Island. A must try if you are in the mood for yummy chicken tenders : a variety of sauces and more, whenever you’ve got those fast food munchies!
