Stopped by for lunch since we were in the area. My wife ordered the chicken hibachi lunch special and I had the chicken tempura lunch special. The portions were huge for a lunch special. I actually had to double-check that we didn’t get the dinner portions because there was so much food. We usually finish our meals, but we were full. Leftovers still good the next day. Service was outstanding.

It’s a rare thing to find a good sushi place in a shopping center away from the beach. And even more rare to find a fancy sushi spot tucked between everyday storefronts. I’m glad to say this one holds true to its name.
From the moment I sat down, the experience felt elevated. Tan, the waiter, was exceptional. attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about every dish, and genuinely enthusiastic about guiding me through the menu. His service alone set the tone for a refined evening.
The sushi itself was fresh, beautifully plated, and clearly crafted with care. Prices run higher than the competition, but the quality and atmosphere justify the splurge. Plus, the complimentary tasting from the chef was an unexpected and classy touch that instantly made the meal feel special.
The only miss of the lunch was the soup, which arrived overly salty and out of balance with the otherwise excellent lineup. That alone cost them one star in an otherwise stellar experience.
Overall, a polished, memorable lunch. definitely worth a visit if you’re craving upscale sushi far from the shoreline.

I’ve been coming into this location a few times a month over the last year. I’ve really enjoyed the experience so far, the food quality is an awesome & always tastes great! I am greeted immediately as I walked in the door, they have always had an open table and always seated quickly. I’ve had a few different waiters & every single one of them has been fantastic. Very quick & always efficient from the getting the drinks, soup, & main course. Never had any issues or complaints, I am looking forward to having manny more great experiences.

Absolutely amazing! Was visiting from out of town and saw this gem tucked away in a small strip mall. We were quickly seated and drink orders given immediately. Our server Tristen was AMAZING! She brought us our drinks, soup and ” Holiday Roll” appetizer that was out of this world.
I ordered chicken hibachi, edamame and tuna roll and could not finish my dishes due to the portion size…holy moly…they feed you here folks. This is my normal go to usually at other restaurants and can finish…but not here!
Food was served hot and prompt…was actually amazed how quick it all came out! I HIGHLY recommend this place.
Again….hats off to Tristen…shes a true gem and made our dining experience that much better!

Fresh, delicious sushi and hibachi. Restaurant ambience was very nice, cleanly, super friendly, and efficient service by Tristen. Greeted with complimentary soup upon seating and a delicious appetizer, and complementary dessert. One of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had, the fancy sushi roll, pictured. Even a small souvenir included, highly recommend this restaurant.

My fist time at Fancy Sushi, ans it will not be my last, I finally have found my sushi spot. The place is super clean, the staff are very friendly starting with the smiley greeter, on to the waiter who started us with a complimentary soup and a small tast of an appetizer. The prices are moderate and the menu has something for everyone.

Food is absolute trash . Ordered online and received cold and soggy sushi and Lo-mein had no taste and was also cold . The only thing that was good was their clear soup. This is by far the worst location , needs better chef and or management. $30 down the drain !

Nice and clean, great service, price was right for the quality of food and venue, flavor of the appetizer sushi and soup and the sushi we ordered. Amazing Tuna roll and Love Roll was great Ample parking and close to Costco, Buccees and World Golf Village! Will definitely come back.

I hate to give bad reviews but I ordered the Yellow Chicken Curry, and while the taste is good the chicken is NOT real. Instead what I got is this light and fluffy tasteless imitation meat which is absolutely disgusting. I paid $17 thinking I was ordering chicken. If you’re going to advertise chicken then it should be chicken. It makes me wonder what other meats they’re trying to pass off as real.
