This is my favorite Tropical Smoothie location! I visit sometimes up to four times a week, and the service is great. The manager, Madelyn, is super kind, professional, and very helpful. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. Great customer service every time!

Ani Ainsley and Reagan were incredibly sweet and welcoming at the counter, making the whole experience feel personal and friendly. The service was impressively fast our food came out almost immediately, which was such a pleasant surprise. I tried the smoothie and the quesadilla, and both were absolutely fire! The smoothie was perfectly blended and refreshing, while the quesadilla was cheesy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Overall, the combination of amazing service, speedy delivery, and delicious food made this visit a total win. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

i went out of my way to get a smoothie for dinner before an event; i paid $8 for a very pale banana and ice chunk (allegedly chocolate and peanut butter) smoothie that was so chunky with banana that it was undrinkable through the straw. when i called to ask for a refund i expressed my disappointment in the drinkability and they acknowledged that the blenders have had issues with chunks, and that if i came back, they could either remake the smoothie or give me a gift card…why would i go out of my way a second time if i’m not getting my money back, for a smoothie that will be equally as chunky, and why would you offer me a gift card assuming that i would wanna come back again following this experience? fix your blenders

I placed my order on the app as l normally do all over NC. Today l wanted to take advantage of the free smoothie day. When l picked up my order, the bag had a note written on it asking for a review which l usually do anyway. But if you ask for a review PLEASE make sure the order is correct! NO COCONUT PLEASE. I should have checked b4 leaving the building and going home with my bowl.

I did not have any problems. The place was clean inside and outside. Placed an order for food they got everything correct. However they were late getting the drinks out on time ordered 30 minutes in advance online. They did apologize for the wait but I really wasn’t in a hurry. Smoothies tasted like sweet smoothies and not water overall a very good experience.
