If you’re going remain open, then be open. We have tried to order from this Gresham Baja Fresh for the last 2 nights through a delivery app because my husband and I are both disabled and housebound. Extremely frustrating!!! Just takes our money to other establishments.

Very disappointing. The tables were all dirty and there were 3 customers inside. I got the beef bowl and the beef tasted old and flavorless, the veggies were cut in huge pieces. Never again. Paid $15 for a bowl I could bearly eat.

WOULD RATE ZERO STARS if I could! Ordered pickup, they left out the chips and guacamole I paid over $9 bucks for and then I found several LARGE PIECES of CHICKEN BONE in my burrito, see pictures.
Manager refused to call me back. Having to dispute my $33 order with my bank because the management at this location can’t seem to pick up a phone and handle customer issues.
I an handle items being missing, but biting into two large chicken bone pieces is disgusting.
Would strongly advise against ordering from this location.

I ordered food tonight on Grub Hub. I was almost done with my burrito when I bit into a bottle cap that was inside my burrito!! I dont know how they could miss something like that! Definitely not ordering again from this Baja.

The employees greeted us quickly and even spoke spanish which was great for my parents. We got chicken, shrimp, and fish entrees. The food was hot and fresh and all the sides were fresh and stocked up. It was a very pleasant experience.

I always have a good experience here. Fresh food, great portion sizes, free serving of chips and free salsa bar unlike the other similar place in town. The only lost star is because sometimes they get pretty behind on cleaning tables-floors-bar. Other than that it’s a 5-star joint.

Good ol’ Baja Fresh. First time back to a Baja in About 10 years. The food is good, same as always. Burrito Ultimo is big, filling and tasty. Service was goid. Wasn’t very busy at all. Seemed to be only 2 or 3 people working, which was sufficient for customer needs.

Pretty disappointed. After work didnt want to make dinner so I ordered online. It said it would be ready in a half hour. Head over 5 minutes till and our food isn’t even made. We ordered two dishes. I’d only had baja one other time and was excited for the different salsa choices you get with your meal and we got none of that. I also paid an extra 175 for guacamole and didnt get that either. Just disappointed.

Have been here on several occasions and it has to be the dirtiest location I’ve ever been to. Salsa bar is absolutely disgusting, floors filthy, tables not cleaned and this is every time I’ve been here. Please if your the owner of the gresham location have a chat with your employees on cleanliness….

Ordered food, tipped when ordering for a to go order like a sucker. Then sat and stared at my order bagged at the pass for 5 minutes while the nachos got soggy and the salad wilted. Place was empty. No idea why the guy didn’t just hand it to me. Got home, salad had no dressing.
BF has good QC across stores so the food was as expected, service disappointing.
