Got my food like this after spending 64$ the people working were compassionate and apologetic, then the owner stepped in, he was the complete opposite he asked me to send photos which I agreed to and did then he proceeds to say they don’t use staples “there’s one correctly attached to the Togo bag as shown in photos” and that he will not offer me a refund. What a joke of a restaurant and business. I couldn’t even imagine I would be embarrassed and ashamed

I wish I had a better experience. This is my first time going there and it was delivered in a timely manner but the food I got was overly greasy and completely burnt on the bottom. The pizza was not cut properly. When you tried to pull a piece out, it would tear in the middle on multiple pieces is just an overall horrible experience. I cannot recommend Westbrook House of Pizza. Do better. Your customers deserve it.

Honestly this is our go to pizza place. My incredibly picky 5 year old absolutely loves this pizza (yes he’s even picky with pizza ♀️) my personal go to is the steak tip sub I always ask for salt and pepper and it’s perfect. IF IF IF I had to pick one thing I’m disappointed by is that their bone in wings don’t come with the wet buffalo sauce. Like I have to ask for them to use the buffalo sauce they use on the chicken tenders. It’s weird but the service is always friendly and delivery is usually super fast

We stopped for pizza. We ordered the Big Mac. It was very tasty. It has thousand island dressing, with hamburg, lettuce, pickles, and cheese. Yummy. They have beer on tap. They also have sweets available. Definitely, a pizza parlor to visit.

Unfortunately, an error was made with a small pizza on our take out order. Heather made it right by not only having delivered to our home, but upgraded it to a large pizza. Great customer service and great pizza!

Westford House of Pizza as a whole is awesome Right down the street from my house amazing and the people know me by name their quality has changed and that’s due to inflation I know back in the day the food was so much better years ago but since COVID and like I said before inflation has brought in the prices of the food too high and the portion 20 in the quality is not the same because they have to get cheaper products the substitute what they were using before I know it’s not the same but we’ll still keep coming because it is an amazing place and we need to support local businesses

Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, one i have enjoyed and loved many times. However this time was a waste of money and an absolute horrendous pizza. The pizza was literally dripping with blue cheese that when i picked it up the pizza toppings slid off. I have also had it many times with the chicken tenders however this was grilled chicken… staff on the phone was rude and had no personality. Won’t be back.

We’ve been ordering pizza for the past two years every Friday night. After receiving yet another BARELY cooked pizza we will no longer be customers. We order crispy or well done every time to try and ensure the pizza wouldn’t come undercooked. It was always hit or miss, I don’t like gambling with my money.
