first of all, I ordered a hamburger and chili cheese fries, and a shake. I got my food and then the worker brought me a large drink cup. I finished my food then I went back up to the counter after I waited a while because they got a little bit of a rush and it looked like they had little kids there like as if it was take your kids to work today. I kindly said excuse me I actually ordered a milkshake and you gave me a drink cup. The guy said with an annoyed attitude, pointing at the ice cream machine that the ice cream machine was out. and continued to repeat that a few times. I didn’t want to make a scene and I said oh I’m sorry the lady that took my order didn’t tell me that. I went back to the table. I was sitting at looked at my receipt and noticed that she still charged me for a shake. But at no point did anybody try to let me know that there was no ice cream. This place seems like it is poorly ran and poorly managed.

Been there many of times, but this time was horrible! When I got the chance to call back. A so-called manager got crazy. So be careful ladies going in there. Mind this was over the phone! There was no need for all that specially when he told me that there were other managers there! If I was the aggressor why didn’t he just handle the phone over to one them! Because he likes to be in control!!
