I want to thank the manager and the team members for their service yesterday evening. The burgers were great! We tried the new Texas Double Whopper, it tasted great and it’s a good size burger! The cashier was very friendly and nice when I requested no salt on our fries. We didn’t have a long wait time and even if they did I prefer these burgers well made from BK than McDonald’s any day. I will definitely return to this location. Also thank you to the manager that made sure our order was correct and also went above and beyond to give us the extra food item we requested.

They put so much ketchup and mayo on bacon burger you couldn’t taste the meat. Then there was no icing on cini minis. For $17 I expected better food.

The only place I like to eat is Burger King, but this place is trash. The girl at the drive-thru window was extremely rude she doesn’t know how to deal with customers at all. I don’t eat pork bacon, and I found that my sandwich had bacon in it. I went back to the window within a minute to tell her, but there was another girl there who said, “I can’t take it,” and then closed the window in my face. There was also a young male employee laughing. Why? Why? Why?
Unfortunately, I threw the meal in the trash, and I will never go there again.

Two mornings in a row now I have purchased and picked up breakfast from this location, as it is the nearest to home.
Your hash browns both days taste like they are day old refried leftovers. I have bad teeth and I’m just waiting for another chipped tooth with how hard these things are.
On another note, why did I spend $9 on a large Burritos Jr meal just to see I have a single sausage patty between both burritos? What an absolute RIP OFF!

Update: if the manager is there, the store is great, if not, expect to wait. it’s fast food. It should be fast and accurate. Recently that has NOT been the case. It makes me sad because it is my closest BK

Can someone with competence work here. Ordered food for my family thru drive thru, starts handing me the drinks one by one. I ask for a drink tray, and when she goes to hand it to me it’s tearing a little and the drink starts spilling over, I go to grab that one, and the other drink starts spilling over and the cashier just lets go and closes the window and I’m left with sweet tea all over my steering wheel and legs

Had to wait longer than I should of to order and then when another car pulled up to the other speaker they took their order first. After finally getting my order it was wrong. Very slow for not having but a couple customers. Services was very disappointing.

Was acknowledged in the drive thru, then waited 5 minutes. there was no one in the other line. No one behind me there was no one in the front at the window. So I called out three separate times over two minutes and I got no response so I drove away and as I drove past the drive-through window, the two young adults/children were laughing and waving at me as I drove by what a joke Burger King maybe you need to start hiring people that pay attention
