Ordered pickup to be ready at 8. Arrived at 821, atill not ready. meatball sub was cold, not cooked & had no sauce on it. mac & cheese was still in microwave-watched kid stick his finger in it & put the lid on it & put it in my bag. my double cheese steak cold. 4th bad experience here at this time of night. i think i learned my lesson.

I’ve never had an issue but last night I pulled up a couple minutes before closing time, sign on lights on. I sit at the speaker for a minute and then pull up to the window. I completely understand everything was probably cleaned and done. I saw a young girl coming out of the back and instead of just saying sorry we just shut down she ducked back and hid. Extremely disappointing.

My son picks up subs here once every 2 weeks(drive thru)at Pearl St site and he ordered 2 subs. Mine was a club sub, I ate half last night with no problems and started eating the other half tonight 9/19/24 and found a 4×2 inch section of plastic wrap inside the sub. How that got in there is beyond me. Whomever made the sandwich last night 9/18/24 between 7-8 pm made a big mistake. Please explain how that happened. I did take a photo of it before throwing it out. Thanks

Great food and value. Cousins is our favorite sub shop. Their french fries are great. The service at this location has always been top notch. The few times that I have not gone through the drive through, the restaurant was clean. The menu choices are plenty. Whether you want something grilled and hot or if you prefer the classics, you can’t go wrong. And don’t forget to order the cookie (they are very addictive).

I ordered the cheesesteak for lunch today but when I got home there was no cheese on the sandwich and the sandwich was very dry (no condiments/oil). This is not the first time my sandwich was dry. I don’t think I’ll be going back after having 2 bad experiences in a row.

I used the Drive thru this visit…order was correct and quick. My fries were still hot upon my return home (less than 5 minute drive) but my Meatball sub (which I love) was lukewarm , not warm enough. I like gooey melted cheese so 5 extra minutes in the oven at 350 degrees crisps the bun, heats the Meatballs and melts the cheese…unfortunately I have to do this every time but worth it. I love the flavor the sauce brings to the sub. Look for coupons, my fries were free with a sub purchase!

5:00pm on a Monday. No customers in the drive through, one couple in the dining area, no bags on the carryout rack, and four sandwich artists behind the counter. The order app told us our order would be ready in 10 minutes. It actually took them more then 20 minutes to prepare our two subs and one salad! They were “out of” one of the toppings I wanted on my sub.
