I frequently ordered from here as I love the Spicy Galbi sauce here. The original is crispy and the meat is tender. There are many different flavors to choose from. The rosé dukboki was very good also.

My husband and I were craving korean fried chicken. We have our usual spot but decided to go to bb.q chicken. We ordered one box of the chicken and mala tteokbokki. First thing I noticed was the price. I find bb.q to be on the pricier side when you compare it to other chicken places around this area. Second thing I noticed is that they have lots of different flavors to choose from, which was impressive. Third thing is the place is small. It’s not a sit down restaurant. It’s more of pickup and go place. We waited about 20 minutes for our order. Which can be a good thing because that means the food is freshly made. We got our order and went home to eat. I didn’t find anything spectacular about their chicken. Tasted as good as other korean fried chicken places. Our chicken did not come with radish. When it came to the tteokbokki, I had told my husband lets not get the mala and just stick to the regular tteokbokki when we were placing our order. But nope, he wanted to try the mala flavor. It was sooo spicy, my husband immediately turned to me and I said I was right. It was so difficult to eat. I ended up being the one to finish it since my husband couldn’t handle it. But definitely something we will not get again. All in all, this was an average experience. I would only come here again to try other flavor chickens that other korean fried chicken places do not have.

First time ordering chicken, online from this location and was surprised by not having the radish. I thought they always come in pair and we called to find out that online order does not provide radish. This was first time hearing it and never had issues before in other locations. I am bit disappointed by the service.
Chicken size was definitely smaller than the other locations.

BBQ Chicken used to be the best Korean fried chicken but has recently gone way downhill as well as the extremely expensive pricing.
1. I was trying to order the 16 pc wings with half and half (two flavors) but the person told me i needed to order 8 pc separately (which costs 1$ extra). OK FINE if that is policy then whatever, so I did it (even if there is absolutely no difference in how its made) I ordered the 8pc original and the 8pc soy garlic. Since I ordered two separate 8pc wings, you would think they would give 2 sides of radish, but no, I only received one.
2. Now when I picked up my order and tried the chicken, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. The original had 0 flavor, and the soy garlic didn’t taste like the flavor was built in, but rather just brushed on after frying. Either way both were extremely bland and absolutely did not taste as good as it used to in the past.
The quality of flavor, poor customer service, and the expensive pricing all sums up to a 1 star (I would give 0 stars if possible)

I love bb.q chicken with a passion but this particular branch has dry chicken and lacks sauce. My 5 people friend group all had barely any sauce in their chicken which was different from dozens of other branches I’ve been to.

Nicely fried chicken with the breading (almost tempura like) that tastes light and not heavy. I was not impressed with the sauce I chose (sweet and spicy). It was nothing special in the sense that it was too sweet and not enough of the spice factor (compared to other Korean Fried Chicken concepts).

I ordered the soy garlic wings. Drove 30 minutes and then went home opened the box and there’s like two drops of sauce on the chicken. I’ve gotten from here before but this time I’m very disappointed

Fried Bonless Chicken sauce was quite good. But some of the chicken was a little bit frozen and the rice they served was not soft. I had no choice but to eat.
