What a wonderful job by the employees here. Lori is such a doll and makes a basic trip to Burger King so much better. I can’t tell you how much she went out of her way for not only us but I heard her taking orders and she is the sweetest woman! They really lucked out with having her there to make this restaurant better than any Burger King in New Hampshire! I’d choose Burger King over McDonald’s any day of week. You have great cooks in the back, great service up front and great employees at the drive through. It’s worth the wait sometimes and worth the short drive from anywhere in Claremont! Thank you Lori!!!

Have been there twice recently and the service has improved so much. I absolutely recommen this Burger King. Food was awesome ! Place was clean and the staff was very friendly! Will definitely be going back !

Update November 2024.
Went again.. cause I used to like the food. They are so short stages, they only take 1 order at a time.. When the first car gets food, they take the second car’s order.
Employees are much friendlier than the past ‘man’ at the window. Food was good… but the wait was over 25 min.
This location does NOT meet expectations of what we remember of BURGER KING in the past.

Nothing has changed. Same problems. (some worse now)
Long wait. (Even when nobody else is there in line)
Drive thru has huge pot holes.(cant drive around)
Employees smoke next to building, so smoke enters cars at drive thru to order food.
Restrooms smell nasty.
Often ‘Out Of’ basic BK items such as Chicken for sandwiches, onion rings, shake machine not working, etc

The posted hours on the door says the dinning area opens at 7:30 am on weekdays but yet again Im here at 7:50 and the doors are locked and I can’t get breakfast and coffee. This is the worst run burger king I’ve ever seen. This franchise should be revolked by corporate. How are they allowed to run this place like this? Customer care non existent…. Customer service non existent. Accountability non existent.

I never give reviews unless I can give 5 stars. This is my exception. If I could I would give negative 10. I have NEVER had someone be so rude and ANGRY acting, right from the beginning, for absolutely no reason. I was actually stunned. There wasn’t a car in the parking lot, and we were the only car in the drive through. I now know why. I didn’t even stop and pay and get my food. I have never done that in my life. Whoever owns this franchise needs to make some management changes if this is who you’re hiring. We won’t ever go to this establishment again.

I normally don’t stop here anymore cause I’ve always had bad service. But I gotta say Claremont Burger King has been stepping up their game. This is the second time I’ve came in a row and got my food hot and fresh. I couldn’t tell you the last time I had fresh chicken fries.

Ended up leaving and not ordering. My husband tried to order through the mobile app, it charged our card two times but saying transaction didn’t go through. The lobby was closed so my husband went to the drive thru to see if the order went through since they charged our card. They told us to drive up to the register. So we did and then they tell us that our order didn’t go through. They also told us if we wanted to order that we would have to go back around to order.
1. They should have told us they didn’t see our order before we got to the register, so we could have but an order in right then.
2. They weren’t willing to work with us at all, making us drive back around to order when we had two hungry upset kids in the car.
3. Definitely not good customer service and definitely won’t go back to this location.

It took some time to get waited on at the counter inside the restaurant. There was no other people in line. I had the Whopper and my husband had the Fish Sandwich. The Whopper was just barely warm. The Fish Sandwich was terrible. The fish was very thin, dry and black. There was no taste to the fish. It looked like it had been sitting for hours. It was not hot when I received it. The fries and onion rings were barely warm. The restaurant was not busy. There was only two other people in the restaurant at the time of our visit. Very disappointed with our experience. Will not be going back anytime soon.
