Had the chance to visit during opening weekend and was very impressed. Food was delicious and service was great. Even at peak dinner time the wait was shorter than expected. Their birria is so tender and flavorful. I recommend the birria fries to share as a side or even as meal on their own. Packed with flavor you don’t want to skip. The fries are loaded with meat, cheese and toppings making them very filling. I was impressed with the portions.

The cinnamon you put on your churros is way too overwhelming. I don’t think there’s even sugar mixed in it. Couldn’t even finish it.

Visited for the soft opening and was impressed by how great the birria is here. It was packed with flavor, tender and juicy. They also have a lot of different agua flavors to choose from, they are natural yummy and refreshing, not overly sweet. Can’t wait to be back.

Las Chelaguas hands down is the best Birria in town and can’t forget their fresh fruit drink, strawberry lemonade is my favorite!! Customer service was top tier 10/10 recommend.. Don’t forget to grab a few Churros sooooooo delicious.!! Thank you Las Chelaguas for an amazing experience
