This Pizza Hut need to go ahead and FIRE the manager named MODESTY , I had to pay 50 cent for a fork! And when I asked for a receipt she entered an amount it’s no where on their computer that states plastic is a charge.

The food is always good, but not ready at the scheduled time. I get an email with a ‘ready by’ time of 15-20 minutes after the order is placed. When I get to the store to pick it up at the scheduled time, it’s another 15-30 minute wait. There are usually several other customers waiting on orders, too.

Called after waiting an 1hr and 20 min for a large pizza and some bread sticks. Store wouldn’t answer the phone and it kept getting transferred to the operator that couldn’t tell me where my order was. Food showed up cold and not sealed like they normally do. Wish negative stars was a thing.

I Ordered the ultimate hut bundle for delivery which comes with wings, by time the delivery driver drove off I realized we had no wings, so I called up to the Havana location telling them what happened and I was told to hold on for a minute to see if they had them in the back, I was then told yes they are indeed sitting on the rack, I drove up there to get them and asked about possibly getting the delivery fee waived since I paid extra for delivery fee and still had to drive up there to get my complete order, I was told “no we don’t do that”
People make mistakes I’m not mad at the delivery driver or any one person but maybe change your policies because it’s ridiculous I have to pay a delivery fee and still end up using my time and gas to go get the rest of my order that was failed to be delivered…

If I could give zeros I would. We waited 3 hours for our food and when it came im not sure what brand this was but it wasn’t Pizza Hut. Absolutely horrible, horrible experience. We are two slices of pizza in the ultimate bundle and then threw it all away. Waste of money.
