Our recent pizza order experienced a delivery time of 113 minutes, which was unexpectedly long, even considering the date of December 30th. Despite our proactive planning, the wait was considerable. While the food quality was generally acceptable, those who consumed the Hawaiian pizza with pineapple, including children, subsequently experienced digestive issues throughout the night, leading to frequent use of all four of our bathrooms.
Consequently, we will be refraining from placing future orders with your establishment in the foreseeable future.

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any establishment EVER. Walked in and asked for my order, 7 minute wait, okay. 10 minutes go by, another 5 minute wait, fine. Then 15 more minutes go by and 10 people get their orders before me. Not hard to run a kitchen when the oven does half the work and there’s 4 people running it. Absolutely unacceptable and the employees need re trained or better yet fired.

Food was fine, just had an issue with the delivery driver’s demeanor. My fiancé was pressured on the spot for tip. As someone who works at a coffee shop and who lives off tips myself, I only expect people to tip when they can. I find that behavior extremely rude and unprofessional when comes to demanding tips. Will think twice before ordering at this particular location again for delivery.

The twists typically are golden brown and fluffy with a nice crispy outside coating and soft fluffy center. I’m unsure if the oven calibration may have been off or if a hiccup happened.
The garlic twist we ordered today, using our reward points, was almost grey in color, and the texture was gummy/under cooked.
When we called to ask for assistance in having a new order of twist created if we returned the current under cooked and gummy twist, we were told that they were already run through the oven fully, but they can run it through again. They also made a point to add that this would be done just this one time.
We decided to decline since we had expected the twist to be golden brown and fully cooked the first time around like it had been for our previous orders.
They then offered to make a new batch instead, stating it wouldn’t be a problem to do, but we declined.
We don’t want to be left with another batch like the one they gave and then be stuck with it, with no additional help available; since they made a point to state that over the phone.
Hopefully the oven calibration will be fixed soon so that the twist that go through will continue to have that delicious golden brown texture.

I have frequently ordered from this store as it is my local dominos. The manager is extremely rude and the food is always low quality. You will never receive a quality order delivered on time. It will always be extremely late, lukewarm with minimal toppings. Whoever slices the pizza must be blind.

Got delivery to a hotely family was staying at, and even though it’s only 5 miles away, it took about 30 minutes to get here when quoted 20 min including delivery. The driver called and wanted us to come downstairs to get our pizzas, when the site asked what we wanted for delivery…I put the room #, & knock; why ask if it doesn’t matter? The pizza was good, yet we asked for no garlic crust and they put it on anyway. Would only suggest for a pizza chain nearby when visit the area.

Food was overcooked to the point of being dry, ingredients tasted as though they were old. Deliver was on schedule, but food arrived cold. Called to complain and GM attempted to argue, offered a refund, then hung up on my wife and I. Having been a manager at Domino’s in the past, I expected better quality. Talk about being a brand killer and not even being able to blame it on a rush.

I’ve been buying pizza here about once a week, but today was disappointing. I asked for a few packets of parmesan and crushed red pepper nothing excessive and they charged me for them. I’ve never had to pay for those before. It feels petty, especially for regular customers. What’s next, charging extra for the pizza box? Really hoping this isn’t a new trend.

There was an issue with the delivery, which we had never had happen before, and they fixed it immediately and got us our pizzas right away after we called the store. 10/10 customer service experience from this store
