The service is fast but also a little slow.
It took my server 15 minutes to come back and take my order. Of course, they are very busy.
The table that came in after me got their food before me. I’m still waiting 18 minutes now. Just got my food it took 20 minutes.
Wait, time for food: 20 min
The hashbrown was a little soggy but ok. Sausage was a little pink on one side but good. Bacon was chewy, which is how I like my bacon, but if you want it crispy, make sure to tell them while ordering, or you’ll have to wait an extra 10min for it like this one tabe did. Pancakes are ok, but it teast like it miss something like butter or maybe a little vanilla extract. I found a hair on my plate, but I still pay. They gave me a discount and apologized. Which was fine. We all make mistakes. With that, I overall will give this place a 3.5. There are always improvements I know this place can do. I personally suggest that all should go check it out because I know everyone will have a different experience.

Breakfast was fantastic. I had the country ham , others with me got the French toast they very much enjoyed their food. The server was hilarious and a very friendly guy. Just over all enjoyed my visit . Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is the second time I’ve eaten here. They are closed between 3: 00 pm and 5:00 pm. Me and my two brothers went in we all three ordered the Sunday buffet. One brother ordered unlimited trips to the buffet. Me and my one brother just did the one trip to the buffet for $9.99. after I eat the salad bar I realized I did not want to eat anything from the buffet but they still charge me $9.99 for one trip to the salad bar. My one brother that decided he wanted unlimited trips to the buffet decided that there was nothing else on there he wanted to eat and didn’t finish his first plate. The pot roast was falling apart it looked like it had been cooking for all day it was just stringy pieces of meat, hardly any carrots, are potatoes. The mashed potatoes have not been stirred in over an hour there was a crust on top of the mashed potatoes. I do not know if I’m going to go back for a small $10 bowl of salad. The picture is from the sirloin tips that I got on my first visit they were okay but the rice was dried out and not eatable.

Overall opinion, food is good, home fries could be cut down smaller, gravy is thin, it is very crowded. The waitress was always checking on our table and kept our drinks full. We have to come back for second time to make another opinion

Lunch buffet was terrible. Mostly starchy foods. Very over cooked or just out too long. Just random, disgusting choices. Salad bar was pretty good. Service was not good. Waitress did not care and the way these ladies dress is very inappropriate. Daisy duke shorts are not for food service workers. Especially if you are overweight or obese.

Tried The Ridge in Eden Restaurant for the first time tonight because they had advertised Prime Rib Night, and since moving to the area in 2021, we have not found a decent place that knows how to cook Prime Rib.
My wife and I both ordered the Prime Rib which comes with a 1x trip to their Baked Potato Bar and Salad Bar.
The Baked Potato Bar has a few items to add like Chili, Cheese, Real Bacon Crumbles, Sautéed Mushrooms etc, and the Salad Bar has all the common fixings and dressings.
The Prime Rib comes out with a side of Au Jus and Homemade Horseradish Sauce which is quite potent so be careful and taste a very small amount ( indeed it’s quite strong).
The Prime Rib itself was perfectly cooked, and a good size portion too. We have tried other places but been disappointed on what we were served, by here at The Ridge we were pleasantly surprised.
The Staff were extremely friendly, courteous as was the owner.
The place is very clean, bright, colorfully lighted outside, and accommodating to handicapped patrons as well.
We plan to go back for their Breakfast and Lunch Buffet in the future but definitely have them on our calendar when we want good prime rib now.

My brother and I ate here for lunch and may I say, it was well worth our time. Our server was great! The food which included the awsome salad bar was everything I thought it’d be. I gave it a 5 star.

I was looking forward to the Friday fish buffet, it was ok, the fish seems to be Great Value fish patties , the oysters are ok, the shrimp was not bad , the Salid bar was good, but it’s sad when the salad bar is the highlight of fish day. It’s also a 1 trip buffet, so if you want seconds you pay more.

Every time we go, they are changing something. The buffet used to be every day, and now it’s only Sunday. They say breakfast all day, but if you go in the evening hours, it is not even after still saying breakfast all day. Seemed like it was going to be a good strong restaurant at first, but now they can’t make their mind up on what they want to do.
