This location always feels like the battle of the Wawa its difficult to get in and difficult to get out. I got the breakfast burrito which appeared thrown together as it was coming apart I couldn’t even take it out the bags they put it in. I had to wait for my pink pineapple as is seemed the server wasn’t aware that they had drinks on the screen, and unfortunately it appeared she knew what I wanted rather than what I ordered as she gave me a regular lemonade and not a pink pineapple like I ordered

The “manager on duty” was extremely difficult with me today over trying to use a gift card. Who would have thought trying to type in the number on the back of a gift card you were given would be such a hassle? The logic is, it could be stolen so you’re not allowed to. But, a solution to this is that you can add it to your rewards. What is the difference between typing in the code at your register or using that same code for an app? I’m not understanding the contradictions.
Worse, some of the homeless folks that linger outside of this location are there almost every day, and some are borderline hostile. The “security” that works here would benefit from actually doing their job. No one wants to be harassed by some strange man outside of Wawa on the weekend.

This Wawa is across the street from my night job. So I figured I go over and get a spicy chicken sandwich.. my first time buying this item.. got to work and open my food very disappointed and pissed.. I had gotten a regular chicken sandwich with sauté onions.. the sandwich look like a school lunch sandwich witch smack on sauce and onion smh .if they was outta the spicy chicken always ask the customer do they wanna substitute food.. you just don’t take upon ya self to give them anything.. it can be a lawsuit… who ever that young lady or gentleman that prepare my food don’t need to work in the food industry…

First off, for it to be in Chestnut Hill I was really surprised it was not stocked properly and I couldn’t even get a regular coffee without asking. I also order a hoagie and I asked for extras Mayo and did not receive any at all. I also asked for salt, pepper and oregano and received none. The worst Wawa so far.

I want to start by saying this place is open 24 hours, how do you not have coffee available in the evening? Placed an online order, and the delivery driver came to my door… with no coffee (not their fault). On to the food prepared at this location. It will be made correctly for the most part, but there are times that they get it all wrong, especially at night. There are a few orders that were missing chips, because they didn’t have any for some reason, and where order notes were ignored. Hopefully these problems stop being repeated.
