I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. The food quality was poor, dry chicken, a half-full plate, no pita and no sauce even though the Uber Eats description mentioned curry sauce and pita. It’s not hard to put together a simple order like this, but it was incomplete and lacked the expected flavors.
When I called to speak with a manager, I was told repeatedly that there was no manager available, which wasn’t true. The person on the phone was rude and quickly hung up on me.
This is not acceptable, especially when there are many other places offering similar dishes with better food and service.

I used to love kitchen chicken… Now they charge extra for the skin lol the thing they threw in the garbage now is premium ingredient. They always give you a tiny scoop of guac. Might as well wait for cava to open more locations because even chipotle is on some bs.

I’ve been coming to this Chicken Kitchen almost every week, and I never go to any other location. The employees here are always so welcoming, and they start preparing my food as soon as I walk in. I usually see Juan, who is an amazing guy, always friendly and attentive. The staff has been consistently kind and helpful since I started coming here. On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue, they’re quick to resolve it. I’ve never had any problems here, and I’ll continue to keep coming back. Great job, everyone!

The manager or the person in charge of the register, was very rude with the employees, it was a really nice lady and he was yelling in front of all the costumers to her, he said that when he talk she has to be quiet and not to respond to what he is talking, he touched her on her shoulder in a very mean way. He has a very bad attitude with the costumers. That’s not the impression you want to get for the place you go almost everyday to have lunch.

Today I went to chicken kitchen after work for dinner and the food was very tasty, I am very pleased by how I was treated, the staff that was there today is my favorite, especially Luis. He’s always very friendly and I am very impressed by his precision on how he chops the chicken, others chop it too big or too thin, but he leaves it just right. Happy to say that after a long tiring day at work it feels great to walk in a restaurant and be treated like family. This is definitely my favorite place for dinner after work.
