Went to store Wednesday 10am greeted by employee. I waited a couple of minutes another male employee asked in an annoyed tone ” do you know what you want?. I corrected and said you mean would I like to order. He turned spoke under his breath. I asked what he said no response. He made the sandwhich and tried to be polite and accomodating
Too late ! I hope owner has a long talk with him on attitude. Most of the workers are very nice. I go there twice a week.

My office is on Franklin Turnpike. Been coming here for years. But one thing I do not understand is how is it that two different people make same sandwich in different quantity. I feel discriminated because I’m white. Will never come to this place ever again.

Finally came to this location to pick up some subs earlier today, although there was a bit of a line, I didn’t mind much. The employees did a great job of getting everybody served with a great attitude. I overheard who seemed to be the manager speaking to the rest of the crew, and loved to see him hop right in the line to help the customers. It was also nice and clean which is big for me!
Seems like a great spot, will definitely be back.

This Jersey Mike’s is a little smaller than some others in terms of seating but has the same Jersey Mike’s quality sandwiches. If you aren’t sure which one you want then order #13 and you won’t be disappointed.

So I got to tell you that the sub that I received there from Jersey Mike’s was probably one of the best I’ve ever had! The gentleman that prepared my Philly steak and cheese sub was German. German prepped and prepared the sub exactly as I requested. I will also mention I called prior to arriving to this location and a gentleman by the name of Ryan answered the phone very professionally. I had a request to enter the property with an oversized vehicle I was confirming due to the signage that it was OK to do so. He requested that I park near or in front of Jersey Mike’s, which I did they. Ryan took my order quickly and German processed the order rapidly. I was out the door less than 3 to 5 minutes. Very well done and I hope that management will take notice to this review and act accordingly. They did a great job thank you so much. Best sub I’ve ever had at Jersey Mike’s to date!!!

My son went to pick up four sandwiches for our family’s dinner, arriving approximately 30 minutes before closing. A very nice employee took his order and started making the hot sandwiches. Another employee, perhaps a manager with the way he acted, came out from somewhere and started yelling that they “don’t take orders a half hour before closing”. The employee making the sandwiches responded, “man’s gotta eat”. When my son repeated the cold sub order, that was previously written out, the ‘yeller’ just said, “things are cleaned up”, and refused to make the final sandwich. So now, as dad, I don’t get a sandwich.
If that young man is a manager, I hope the franchisee knows he’s costing you business. Make the man making the sandwiches the manager instead, he knew how to talk to and in front of a customer.

I have not been to a Jersey Mike’s in many years but decided to stroll in here today. I must say the place was very clean food was fresh and the staff was very welcoming professional and most of kind. Jarmar, Chad, Jason, Chyna, Ava and Tyler all were working hard and doing so with beautiful smiles on their faces and we were able to have a laugh or two! Service was impeccable. Definitely will come back to this location. Keep up the great work guys! You’re doing what is needed to stand out from the others! Jarmar is RIGHT…being KIND doesn’t cost a thing!
