Ordered delivery. One pizza had wrong toppings. Both pastas were overcooked. I called the store. They said they would fix them. 2 hours later I called to see where they were. Not made yet. I canceled it and they said they would refund the order. Still no refund. We had to go get food elsewhere spent 50 dollars to not eat

I always pick up online orders and I check the status of my orders on the app to make sure they are complete before I pick them up. Every single time I go to the pickup window, I have to wait an absurd amount of time for food that is already “completed” and paid for. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes, it feels like the staff is purposely ignoring the pickup window. There were two difference occurrences where I had to wait approximately 10 minutes to even be greeted at the window! I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but they are not attentive whatsoever and seem careless. I’ve actually had to call their phone number from the pickup window in order to get their attention, that should NEVER be necessary.

Please explain to me WHY I sat here and watched the employee making pizzas with NO GLOVES ON. I watched her putting the cheese and pepperoni on like it was the most normal thing in the world. Needless to say, I did not and will not eat here!

I took advantage of their special but I was sadly disappointed. Not really in the quality of the food just in the accuracy of my order. I ordered extra cheese extra sauce and extra sausage. You could barely say that this pizza had any sausage at all. Let alone extra cheese or extra sauce.

Did not order it well done. Also, I did not order easy banana peppers. I keep giving them chances, and I keep being disappointed. Since my sandwich was also over baked, there’s a chance the oven is set too hot.

Gave it more chances recently. They never follow instructions. Out of the past 10 times I’ve ordered, they only pie cut my thin crust once. I always put that special instruction. My light cheese pizza has double or triple cheese.

First time going to this location on Wednesday, my pizza , pasta and cookie brownie were both hot and delicious. The cashier Briana helped with my questions on what was best to get and was very polite she even saved more than I original pay at other locations by applying a coupon. Will return, keep up the good work Pizza Makers.

Friday night August 15th 2025. The location Domino’s Pizza Big spring Street Midland Texas ripped me off. They charged me $25 for two pizzas and they were both wrong. I spoke to the manager the next day made my complaint he acted like he didn’t care and told me I needed to order again and pay for it and they would get it right. This location is messed up my orders before why buy Domino’s Pizza when you get ripped off and get treated with disrespect when you make it complaint I’ll never order Domino’s again this location is trash The manager needs to be fired on the day shift who I spoke to. I tried to make the complaint at night but they wouldn’t let me speak to the manager That’s the reason for talking to the day shift manager.
