Went to check out their happy hour and to redeem our complementary appetizer. At the time when I went, Christine was the bartender. I ordered fries and a drink and closed out my tab. I then realized i had our appetizer to redeem and when i told her about it, she gave me grief. First off, if this is a tactic of getting a 5 start review, maybe make sure that all staff is aware of this. Christine definitely needs further training on customer service and making sure that every single person gets great customer service.

This is not a restaurant. It’s actually bar service within Residence Inn hotel where you can order food, mainly salads and burgers, and drinks from the bar (pictured below).
Christina is the main hostess at the bar. Very nice and friendly lady.
If you ring the number for this place from Google Maps, it’s actually going to go to the front desk for Residence Inn. Tell them to transfer you to the Rivue Bar and Grill.
You will find the menu in Google maps photos for this place so you can just order on the phone. They don’t deliver to the hotel rooms so you just have to go down and get it.
I would recommend their signature Rivue burger – comes with fries (pictured below).
It is surprisingly very good for bar service food at a hotel and will do the trick for an evening where you don’t feel like getting out – since there’s nothing really walking distance around this hotel unless you have a car.

Had the nachos here. Very reasonably priced. The food was excellent. I really enjoyed the amount of cheese on it. The chips were cooked to perfection. The extra toppings really sent the dish home. The bar tender here was excellent. She knew how to make a good drink that was mixed perfectly. Would highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the hotel during the non-existent Storm of the century in 2016 that ended up being a slight drizzle. While we stayed here, we pretty much ate here every day for lunch and dinner. They have the best Grilled Cheese, Fries, and burger. No joke! It is oddly placed on the ground floor of the hotel. But I promise you this food is worth at least a To-Go order try. I’ve paid for 15$ burgers that are USDA prime chuck that didn’t taste even close to what Rivue can offer. You will thank me later.

Tough night. Tried to have a quick meal with family that had just come in town… food was Mehhh at best. Service was brutal. 1 server/ bartender. probably only 1 short order cook… our group of 7’s food came out 2 orders at a time over a 20 minute window, coupled with it taking an hour to get the first order out.
