Drinks here are always flavorless ! Always less flavor! And extra ice ! I complained to the manager more than a couple times ! And they still make drinks with less flavor and extra ice ! My husband got a mocha Frappuccino every day this week and bring and bring it home to me
So I didn’t want him to feel bad about so I kept the flavor less drink every day this week!
They take advantage that they are still making money because all of our high school kids are still coming here !

Being a door dasher i have to wait 10+ mint here every time i come here, i am not sure they put door dasher as their last priority. I would just stand there and keep watching em making other customers happy but we as a door dashers deliver the drink to Starbucks customers too . This put our job at risk even tho thats not our fault. I hope someone would read this and perhaps do something about it since we work for Starbucks customer as well.

I’ve been to multiple locations around the area and my drink is always right, but when I would come to this location there was always something. Either it took way too long or something is missing, I placed a mobile order and I always wait until it says it’s ready. Now, when I went to get it, it wasn’t ready and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get my drink wrong. I decided to just leave it and go, but it tasted burnt and watery.

I waited in the drive thru for 10+ minutes. There were only 2 cars in front of me but they said their espresso machine had frozen. I don’t understand why they didn’t “park” the customers like they have parked me before. By the time I got my coffee tasted like water! The ice completely melted. I come here often so I was disappointed. I know the store manager would not be happy with their service today. I ordered my mobile order at 1:31pm and got my coffee at 1:54pm.

Worst customer service I ever been too. I ordered a traveler, I ask for some lids and the lady said the traveler don’t come with lids. I even ask if I can buy some. Her answer was there no way they could give it out. I order many traveler before and it always come with lids and if I need more there hasn’t been a problem. Free water with lid is ok I guess. Maybe it’s just this location. It’s just some DAMN lids.

The manager of this establishment welcomed us in. As my party was arriving, I was ordering mobile. Within less than a minute of being there and she proceeded to ask us if we were going to order anything. Because new rules to establishment … with attitude. As we ordered, I needed to use the restroom. She proceeded to again ask with attitude if we ordered a drink. Geeze. I’ve never had such an awful experience at a Starbucks.
