This location on Sherwood is very tasty. I especially enjoyed the loaded appetizers, which is a combination of several of their most popular items in one dish. The Chilli Con Queso was very good as well, I got it with ground meat added. Chips were fresh and the staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a look on this side of town.

Queso was recommended to me by a co-worker. I will NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone! I ordered the combo fajitas (chicken and shrimp) when the dish was brought out there were three(3) small strips of grilled chicken and three (3) butterfly shrimp with the shell on …and a heaping amount of onion and green bell peppers….I paid $25 for onion and bell peppers…what a shame…and it was mediocre at best ♀️…I love Mexican food and have NEVER been served such small portions… there’s a reason this restaurant was empty… The bright side was the complimentary salsa and chips, which were delicious and the waitress was awesome! They will NEVER get my money again! **The attached photo was taken BEFORE I took a bite and asked this waitress about the amount of chicken and shrimp**… I cut the chicken up to make it feel like I had more than there actually was**

Such a nice place. The service was quick and their server was amazing… so friendly and attentive. We liked everything we ordered and the salsa is spicy and great! I ate the fish tacos- they were delicious and the chipotle sauce was quite tasty. Great spot for dinner for a great price.

I went here during the lunch time hours to dine in. The waitress was named Angel as I recall. She was charming and had knowledge of the menu and drink selection. I enjoyed the my food. I had shrimp in my quesadilla and they were not devained properly so I definitely have to take stars off on the meal. The drink was made well. The fried ice cream was tasty but had a slight taste of a deep freezer to the corn flake coating but overall it was okay. I would return and try something new for sure.

Very nice place. Everyone very friendly and attentive. The queso is very good. The salsa delicious, it is chunky with onions, cilantro and just outstanding. Love that the enchiladas were made with flour tortillas, I prefer those to corn tortillas. Definitely worth coming back.

Great food and service! Best queso! Their salsa is super fresh and just enough spice! restaurant is soooo clean. Outdoor patio is nice and clean as well! By first time trying out the Queso tech specs restaurant. Service was excellent. Order the fish tacos. Generous piece of fish on each taco, but I wish they had a beneficial like mahi-mahi on their menu. The catfish or tilapia they used was a little too fishy for my taste for tacos. But, considering only two tacos came with the plate dinner it was still a generous piece of fish on each.
I was disappointed that they did not put any queso fresco on top of the refried beans. For a restaurant with the name Queso do you think they would not overlook this which is common at every other restaurant.

Tried this place on a whim and it didn’t disappoint! I went a little after 7pm so I missed happy hour but It wasn’t busy. The service was amazing and my waitress was almost too attentive! She helped me choose a drink and my entree!

That Guy
I’ll start off by saying that whenever I rate a Mexican restaurant that the first metric I use is the chips and salsa they bring out. This place did not disappoint. I had the Tijuana fajitas and for a guy that’s 6 ft 2 I definitely was full when I left. The fajitas were so good that I was eating the onions that were left over.
