Chill spot. Never too busy – which sucks for the business but it makes the atmosphere really comfortable. The setup is also really versatile. If your not into being social the booths are convenient and private while the back side is great for a larger (or smaller) privet party and the bar is really open with a few tables and big screens making it really easy to talk with folks or just listen and eat/drink. — and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I would say the only thing that could be better is the smell in the restroom. – crab/fish like straight up the ocean in there. (Prolly cus the fresh seafood- but it’s only the restroom that has the smell.)

This place makes really delicious crab, shrimp, fish boil. The clams were a little small but still really tasty and had lots of flavor! Great service place deserves so much more business will be coming back very soon

HOLE-IN-THE-WALL HOTSPOT: BANGIN SEAFOOD BOIL

We experienced great service and had a lovely meal for a very fair price on a Friday night. This place doesn’t have the hype around it like the other newer spots that have crept into town and we were able to walk in for an immediate seating at 7pm on a Friday night. How’s that for impromptu awesome?

The soft shell crab appetizer was well executed and came out quickly. Drinks are reasonably priced, but took awhile to come out of the (very shady) lounge to the family seating area. I’m not a fan of the video poker crowd and saw way too many folks from Methford entering the lounge while we were there.

The had king crab on special and we opted to build our boil around that medium spice with their house sauce. Added in sausage, some extra corn, clams, and blue crab. I’m not a blue crab fan, but my husband is and he would skip this in the future. I loved the flavor the sausage added to the boil, but didn’t like eating the sausage itself. This boil was tasty and I would be tempted to order “spicy” instead of “medium” next time. The clams are for sure worth adding to your boil.

I saw they have a lobster roll on the menu, but we didn’t try it since it has celery in it and I didn’t see any chunks of lobster meat in the photos online.

Enjoyed the bartender and food. Crawfish were great, crab legs were amazing. Seasoning was on point! Hard to screw up a boil, just good food.

Yeah I first found this fish and chips house,1990. I was going to school near here, had lunch here everyday and coming back ever since the Food‘s always been great. They may have changed owners whatever I don’t know because I haven’t been in this area probably eight years till today it was just like walking back into something that was comfortable. Yeah the bar may be a little shaggy. That’s what makes it memorable and the food you won’t forget

I had a great time here; the portion sizes, presentation, and flavor were all phenomenal. The mild sauce was a little thicker and more flavorful than the spicy sauce, but I enjoyed them both. If I’m ever back in Tigard I’ll need to come back.

My number #1 seafood boil ever. I’ve been coming here for the last few years. The house sauce is amazing, the service is quick and kind. It has a low key vibe, wouldn’t expect it to have the best seafood boil. 100% recommend!

This is a TOTAL HIDDEN GEM!! WOW the house sauce on the shrimp boil is like no other sauce I’ve ever had. It blew boiling crab and kicking crab completely out of the water. An Uber driver told me about this place. He said he was very particular about where he ate. He recommended the lobster roll which we also had. It was well done. But if you want a good shrimp boil. House sauce medium level of spiciness. You won’t regret it!

Had the lobster boil special and the Dungeness crab special. Was great and the waitress was nice and attentive. The decor is lacking but I don’t come to eat for decor most times. The place was clean as were were the bathrooms. Family dining area was small but they do have a bar area. I didn’t see that area as I was with my family. They are open late, which is nice. Family seating closes at 10pm and bar at 1am. My son got the chicken strip and fries and both were fantastic the fries were sooooo good. Would recommend for sure

I’d been to Pacific Boil with my daughter two years ago and it was delicious. So this past weekend, when friends from out of town, suggested we go find seafood, I agreed that Pacific Boil was a good option, I was wrong.

I’m giving this establishment two stars for the mid-level service. But if I were basing reviews simply on food or cleanliness I would give it zero stars.

Upon arrival, there was a large group of people congregated outside of the entrance smoking and blocking the doors. Inside, there was a woman giving herself a sponge bath in a bussing tub in the bathroom near the entrance.

We sat at a table and were given sticky menus. Then the waitress, who gave us the menus, disappeared for about ten minutes into the back without taking a drink order so we moved up to the bar instead hoping that we get a little bit more attentive service that way.

We ordered our drinks at the bar and waited for them to be served as we had to listen to the staff in the bar discuss some of their coworkers’ drama for quite a while which added to the less-than-desirable environment. It was not a fun environment at all.

I found a few things on the very sticky menu that would be acceptable. I ordered clam chowder, a wedge salad, and fried oysters.

The kitchen staff seems to be pretty out of touch with the food service process. We ordered three clam chowders to start. It took about at least 10 minutes for the kitchen to microwave some ✨extremely runny clam chowder, ✨and even then they only completed two of three orders it took another five minutes for the third one to come out. So I sat there waiting for my chowder while my male companion waited with me because he had already been served his chowder. At the time we ordered the clam chowder, we were up-sold on three slices of garlic bread for four dollars. That garlic bread was served 10 minutes before the first two chowder orders came out. By the time I got my chowder 15 minutes later, the bread was dead cold.

Next, I tried the wedge salad. Do not, I repeat, do not get the wedge salad. I promise you will be disappointed. First of all, it’s not a wedge. The leaves are just thrown on a plate dry with some blue cheese crumbles, super old, stale bacon and diced tomatoes over the top. The dressing is Absolutely putrid. The best way I can describe the dressing is old Kraft dressing that has been sitting in the back of the refrigerator for seven years. And you get a tiny little 2 ounce ramekin that you have to dip your lettuce leaves into. I requested a different kind of dressing and it was equally disgusting.

The fried oysters were a massive disappointment. But they were better than the salad. They were served with an orange dipping sauce that just tasted like fry sauce. I asked for tartar sauce, and it was what made the fried oysters edible. I wasn’t served a lemon, so I doused them with Tabasco instead.

My two friends had a seafood boil. And I tasted a couple of the shrimps and a bite of the crab, and although it was very flavorful, somehow the seafood still taste dry and aged. The best part out of the seafood boil was probably the corn.
