Pizza was excellent as always. A bit more chicken on the hot chicken sandwich would have been nice. I was expecting a patty, not a few small boneless wing bites.

The food was delicious and the service was friendly and prompt. I would have given 5 stars, but we didn’t get blue cheese sauce for the wings, and my wing order included only drumettes (no wingettes, which are my favorite). I ordered mild buffalo wings and they were tasty. Hubby ordered garlic parmesan and he said they were very good. The side salad was very fresh.
We ordered a small thin crust with pepperoni and green olives, and the cauliflower crust with pepperoni and mushrooms. Both crusts were crispy. Strangely cut into tiny pieces.
Two other comments:
1) the place was empty when we arrived at 6:30 p.m., so we were concerned that the food would be terrible (it was not).
2) the pizza had cornmeal on the bottom, which I don’t care for (yes, I know why it’s there, but the pizzeria I worked at in NY didn’t use it, so it’s not completely necessary).

We ordered 6 pizzas for a party. Delivery was 30 minutes late past the original delivery time. When I called for an update they said the order left 5 minutes ago with a door dash driver but we are only 3 minutes away from the store. I messaged the door dash driver and he said he was still waiting on the order. When we got the pizza it was under cooked and the crust was soggy and soft. Terrible pizza and service.

We asked for Italian bread, got Asiago bread. We ordered multiple items, all of them were burnt. I have included photos of it burnt.
We were having a pizza party and we got all the way home before we realized that it was blackened on every edge. 51.00 bucks for something I could have burn in the oven for 15.00 myself. Wasn’t good at all.

We order Donatos frequently and have never had such a poor experience, like the one we had today. Ordered 4 pizzas. 1 should have been cauliflower crust, it was NOT! 1 was so burnt, my kid wouldn’t even consider eating it! I also ordered (and paid for) 4 sauce cups, and didn’t get a single sauce. Upon calling the store, the associate literally didn’t believe that I didn’t receive the sauces and wasn’t rude, but it was obvious that he didn’t believe me. He put me on hold, at which point I believe he went to check to see if the sauce was left behind. Then I had to call back after my kid made it clear that he couldn’t eat his burnt pizza, and the same associate legit didn’t believe me again! So before he had a chance to put me on hold or go through the motions, I offered to send him a pic of the burnt pizza compared to the others. He jumped on the idea and gave me a number to send pics to. Not ONCE did this associate apologize for my experience, offer to refund the sauces, or at the very least offer some rewards points to smooth the situation over! Sadly, I didn’t find out about my cauliflower crust until after all of this and I was so turned off by the experience that I just said forget it. We will never go to this location again! Terrible service kills my brand loyalty, QUICK! I bet they won’t get another $60 out of us, for pizza night!

Horrible Service, they send emails and text telling you your order is on the way then never show up. I waited 1 1/2 hrs decided to call and was told “Oh your order is still here” they even told me the communications I received were all just automated but false. Previous order took over 1 1/2 hrs and arrived completely cold, driver came to the door holding the box with the lid partially open, no bag to keep warm and it was below 20* outside and blowing snow. Always poor service, done with Donatos!

The establishment was extremely clean and well kept, including bathroom. The food is excellent . And the service was very quick and they were very friendly. Do recommend. ^__^
