I am from Mexico City and I know what real street tacos taste like. This restaurant sets up a tent on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Where they sell Pastor, Suadero, Tripa and let me tell you they are the best Street Tacos in Denver. But like I said only outside in the tent, Friday-Sunday from 7pm to 3am. Definitely I recommend them!

Breakfast burritos for a walk up are great. They have a good clean salsa bar. The are tacos are a bit pricey at $2.50 a taco but they are good.

I have been searching for some GOOD tacos all over Denver (from food trucks to restaurants) and Los Gallitos Thornton takes 1st place! I’ve gone a few times now and I’m impressed. The place is SO clean, the meat (I had asada) is delicious, and the salsas are my FAVORITE This place deserves more recognition

Ate here twice so far, and the tacos here are some of the best in town no lie. I’m pleasantly surprised it delivered on those expectations. My only complaint is that the ones I ate just a while ago, 2 of 7 tacos had burnt meat in them. The tacos are otherwise really good, so I’m hoping that’s something that’s avoided in the future for others
