Staff was nice enough, but we waited a good 30 minutes for our food. In the meantime, I tried to push the button for an additional order due to unexpected company at home, but never got a response. Decided to skip the 2nd order since it took so long to get the 1st one, finally get home with food only to discover one of the burgers was completely wrong and we were missing the other one. Will skip Denham Springs in the future and go to one of the many Sonics in the area that can get orders right.

The manager and workers at this Sonic are not very good at all. I have had problems the past few times I’ve went.
Today, 1st the price of the Sonic Blast is $1 more than it’s listed as on all the signs at Sonic in DENHAM Springs. The manager wouldn’t honor the price listed, which is illegal because it’s false advertisement. Then my blast did not have Reese’s blended in the ice cream at all. So my blast was a large, and it was only vanilla ice cream with Reese’s sprinkled on top of the ice cream. The manager then said she saw the worker blend the blast, which was clearly a lie. I even took pictures to prove it to anyone who wants to see.
The manager acted as if I was the problem and didn’t act as if she will do anything to correct the problems I experienced today! See the pics of only white ice cream with sprinkles on top! I had eaten on the side of it so it would show that I clearly only had ice cream!!!

I am sick of this Sonic The wait is always long and the staff is always rude Tonight I ordered two Sonic cheeseburger combos and one sonic double cheeseburger with bacon without the combo and pickle fries The food was cold and the tater tots and a pickle fries barely had anything in it I will be attaching pictures….. to begin with whenever the girl came across the speaker to take my order she seemed  very bothered by the fact that I was even there she didn’t ask me what sizes I wanted the combos and when I went to specify what sizes I would like them she literally sighed like it was a big deal to change the size of the combos and whenever the car hop came to bring me my order she was also bothered by the fact I was there there was no courtesy no manners not to mention our food was cold like it had been sitting in an ice box literally… This is not my first unpleasant experience at this Sonic location in fact almost every time I stop by this location it’s not a pleasant experience there is a couple of other Sonic locations in my parish I will be attending those from now on I will no longer stop by this Sonic it doesn’t matter what day what time I go or what I order if a long wait and rude staff I’m done with it

As a delivery driver I’ve never had this issue when checking into a sonic especially this one. On my app I was instructed to pull into a stall and press the button to ask for the order and I did just that. And THREE times I was met with the same answer “sorry we don’t take orders after this time.” Which is understandable but I was not placing an order I was picking up. The rude part was when the lady hung up every single time before I could get a single word in. Never have I been met with this level of disrespect from a service worker. I have a lot of respect for service workers and the industry itself but never should there be unprompted disrespect coming from their end. I ended up having to cancel the customers order since THE STORE WOULD NOT LET ME PICK IT UP.
